“This hotel is nice enough but needs investment and to examine its pricing structure. It looks and feels dated. Everything was 'okay'. Clean with good staff, but the food and rooms were average at best and extremely overpriced.
The most annoying thing for me was that a pint of lemonade and lime was more expensive than any of the pints of beer. That is simply wrong.
I had an Executive Room. This just means that your room is in the original house rather than the annex. Again, it was 'okay', but……

“We had a 1 hr wait for our room to be ready .spacious and clean but tatty and needing redecorating .wallpaper hanging off the walls shabby furniture.
Towels and bedding good.
below average standard.
Bank Holiday weekend booked fora spa weekend and the salon was shut the entire time of our stay. Disappointing.
I could not recommend this hotel
