“Apparently when you reserve a room, you receive an email that has the gate code for property entry and another code for the lock box for key to the room. We didnt receive the email and at 7 pm no one is anywhere to help you. The cell phone signal doesn't exist out there. So make sure you have everything and email with codes or it will take up to 4 hours to finally get the codes for rntry”

“Conforme à nos attentes ”

“Great points: good welcome, great environment, large rooms, nice geographic situation. Bad points: Not so good beds, plumbing problems, a poorly cleaned swimming pool, a poorly located kitchen... when it rains its a real mess! The bathroom door doesn't close, flowing water heater.”

“Great and helpful staff”

“The location close to the port was important with ferry access but it was nice to be able to walk around the historical port area. The staff spoke English and were very helpful- I had not had lunch and was starving - they graciously made me a snack (it was not free but I was grateful). “Hôtel confortable et agréable Excellent petit déjeuner et dîner buffet Un bel espace pour la piscine”

“Nice view , nice place , great staff”

What also left a strong impression on me was that the local ecology seems to be well preserved. There are a cat, chickens,……

“Trevligt boende som ligger helt ok.”

“Alors chambre supérieure sans les avantages sauf bien sûr le prix plus élevé. Tâche sur le drap de lit mise en évidence pour le replacer mais non changer. Chambre petite. Climatisation bruyante. Wifi très compliqué car ne fonctionne qu'avec la télé, et le code change à chaque arrêt de la télé. Buffet petit déjeuner très classique et ne change jamais. Personnel utile sans plus. Parking petit”

“The property needs to be upgraded. The furniture on the balcony was dingy and unattractive. The tiles on the perimeter of the balcony as moldy. The views were lovely. The hotel is located in the heart of everything on the beach. It would lovely if it was refreshed ”

“The staff was helpful ,however the space wasn't what they were selling in the posting photos .A small room filled with stuff. Mismatch bedding. And location so far from the airport. Any way very disappointing . 8”
