Great communication with the host/property manager. Very friendly, helpful, professional. The property was as described, clean, well-supplied. We spent a lot of our time biking, so the location right along the bike path was perfect. Petoskey State Park was just a handful of driveways down. We went there 2 evenings in a row and spent time on the beach enjoying the sunset. Very good experience overall.

Unit was impeccably clean when I arrived. Property is mid-century modern and very cute. Though decor has not been updated, it has been maintained perfectly and was very comfortable. The unit had EVERYTHING needed for a vacation, and was stocked with staples, including coffee, cooking oil, plastic wrap, etc. and every small kitchen appliance imaginable! The only thing I had to buy was toilet paper! The bedrooms had plenty of dresser space. Lighting was plentiful and the wrap around windows brought in so much natural light. Even the bedrooms had windows on three sides! The deck was huge. The only con: the highway noise was somewhat bothersome while on the deck, but no one else in my party seemed to notice it. Location was easy to both Harbor Springs and Petoskey, with nearby groceries, gas, restaurants and pharmacy.

Great location! Right next to Petoskey State Park and close to Harbor Springs. The only suggestion is to provide a water pitcher with a filter.

Spacious, comfortable, great location

3 adults -long weekend- just right - could walk to state park beach or very short drive and also close to convenient grocery store or market. only a few more mins to downtown Petoskey gaslight shopping district and marina/park. Property mgt was communicative clear and responsive- comfortable and relaxed atmosphere- you do hear busy traffic noise close to Petoskey harbor drive when out in the deck but that was a small concern to be so close to everything

Northern Michigan

Great Condo to stay in! It was in the perfect location for our activities that were planned. The condo was stocked with everything you needed, from a full kitchen, to enough towels in the bathroom, and comfortable beds.Loved how the owner thought of pretty much anything you would need, like if you were in your own home. We did have a bit of trouble getting into the condo with the code provided, but it was great how we got text message prior to our arrival of ways to get in contact with the owner if needed. Having an after hours number to contact was great! After we called the answering service, we got a call from the owner. She apologized, they had just installed a new locking system and the code was never updated. We did get the new one and she was amazing to say if we needed anything else in our stay to please reach out to her and she would be happy to help. Felt so nice how much care she had for us with our stay. (Thank you!!)Also it was a LIFE SAVER to have enough heating vents and a dryer from all the days on the mountain we spent with our snow activities. Would definitely love to come back and stay here again!! Cheers!! -A

The pictures make this place look amazing but it's really just okay. The shower was not enjoyable to be in and your surrounded by other apartments. The gas fireplace is really nice though!

A cute little place just barely outside the downtown of Petoskey... Maybe a 10 minute drive in to town? Very easy to communicate with the owner of the property, and no issues. Very accommodating, clean and just overall beautiful

Wonderful location and beautiful condo

We loved the condo. The sunshine you get onto the south facing deck was wonderful. I loved having breakfast out there each morning. The short walk to the Petoskey state park beach was also lovely. We also loved the open floor plan in the main room. Great spot!

Perfect spot for our short getaway!

Loved the homeliness of this spot, I felt like I was at my Aunts house with all her kind things to use! Enjoyed the spacious living areas. Lots of communication reminders from the manager made our stay easy. Would stay again.

Truly Enjoyed Our Stay

My Two Daughter and I really enjoyed our stay at Happy Days Condo. It was a perfect location for our extended ski vacation as located close to both Petosky and Harber Springs. Place was clean, comfortable, very well equipped, and provided a true "home" feel during our stay. Additionally, overall communication with the rental management office was excellent. I would definitely book this condo again in the future.

Happy New Year!!

My family is in both Michigan and Cape Cod. We were travelling to meet family in Michigan for the holidays and to celebrate our first Granddaughter together! Condo was everything and more!! Great stay in Petoskey!

We stayed here in the fall (bonus: peak fall colors!) For 2 nights with our family of 4. Plenty of room for everyone and great location. We spent a good deal of time in downtown Petoskey for a family wedding but also visited Harbor Springs. We love this area and hope to return again in the summer. We would definitely stay at this condo again!

Fall getaway

This condo is very cute, the photos and descriptions described it perfectly. The location was close by to all the wineries and other local attractions we wanted to check out on our trip. The kitchen is well stocked with items needed for cooking. Communication with the property management prior to check in was good as well. We really enjoyed our stay!

Love the location

We love the location of the condos, close to so much, the State park, easy travel to harbor springs, Tunnel of trees, boyne city etc. the condo is nicely laid out, we enjoyed all the windows and sliding doors to the deck. When we entered the condo a pretty strong foul smell was coming from either the garbage disposal or under the sink, we could not figure it out. Thankful we could open the doors and have air moving through. The kitchen seemed well stocked with supplies to cook if we wanted which we decided against because of the odor in the kitchen. Nice to have cleaning supplies, vacuum and use of washer/dryer all in unit. Well stocked bathroom with towels, soap and TP.
