「Room clean and the outstanding feature was how quiet it was」

「the room was clean, the amenities were well marked and the staff obviously cares about the appearance if the rooms. the towels, washcloths, etc. we're "fancy folded". the staff truly presents a quality room.」

「This ranked as one of the worst hotel experiences in my life. It was late, the hotel was full, so no moving to another room. We had a few bugs to kill, wet to musty rugs, dirty towels, a frig freezer that couldn't make freeze water bottles, and a A/C unit that wouldn’t change temps. We slept, cleaned ourselves in the morning and ran. We skipped the free breakfast. It may have been fine, but just didn’t trust it. The people there seemed nice, they wanted to help, but just didn’t know how. I...

「The room didn’t have a phone, alarm clock, hair dryer, coffee pot, or any kitchen essentials as it was advertised as a kitchenette. Not too mention no breakfast was served on the site. Also we had to leave a day early due to the storm and gave plenty of notice and the man at the front desk said there was nothing he could do. The price was outrageous for a bed!!!! Won’t be back! 」

「So the pool it permanently closed your app is false advertisement about the pool ruined my trip unfortunately the person that checked me in was also there when I left so he was up for 2 days working I wasn't going to make it his problem but I want to leave a good review other then that I didnt know the pool was closed when I booked it」
