“The place was clean centrally located. However when we booked it stated one mile from six flags which it was 8 miles which made us change our plans. The second bedroom had no fan and the mattress was horrible. The property is located by train tracks.”

“We were charged additional fees for having 4 people, even though the house is advertised as accommodating 4 people. At the bottom of the listing it says "Additional charges may apply for additional people based on property". Keyword "may". Says nothing about being charged extra for having 4 people in a house that sleeps 4. I think its wrong to charge people for what it's advertised for.”

Mike the host was very prompt in communication. Close to US Grant home, Grants Farm and Jefferson Barracks militaty historical site. 18 minute to Cardinals baseball stadium. Would stay again.”

“Our first impression was not good, as our rental was double booked. However host did a great job of settling the issue within a hour. The rental was clean and served our needs. We picked this rental due to location and pool usages, however weather didn’t cooperate and pool was still a bit chilly for our liking. Host did mention they were working through some issues with heater. Backyard was lovely, grill and fire pit were available however this was shared space with the host. Rental had……

Check in and check out was a breeze. We just needed a place to stay for one night for the 13 of us adults and kids so this was it. It met our expectations and we would book again if we ever had to stay in the area.”

“Easy check in and check out. The host is incredibly accommodating, even with our holiday schedule. The space is cozy and had everything we needed. We slept 8 people comfortably, and being pet friendly was a huge plus. Ample parking space and convenient location are a bonus. Dining table was big enough for board games, and the TV was a great size for watching the NYE ball drop. Absolutely would rent again, and probably for multiple nights next time! ”
