“Very impressed with the Sonder experience. The app to check in/access information/check out was incredibly easy to use. The unit itself was spotless, was located in a great location right off of 6th st near bars/reataurants/groceries, and the bed was comfortable. Would recommend the Sonder Austin to anyone!”

“Probably 10 Stays in and has never let us down! Depending on which side you stay on the bars could get a little loud at night on the weekends but nothing unbearable. Most residents and guest are always polite and helpful if you get lost finding your unit after check in. Will always use this as my go to in Austin. ”

“My friend and I loved this stay. The location was ideal. The neighborhood was full of great places to eat and shop. We walked around and ate at a great food truck spot and rode the bicycle taxi around. The room was clean and i loved the fact that there was a concierge there to help when we arrived. ”

“Excellent! Nothing fancy but overall great, spacious, comfortable and phenomenal staff. If I were to make any changes is simplifying the check-in process on their web based thing. It certainly isn't the best in a anyway. I mean even their OCR is probably so dated, and the entire form experience is soooo much steps and friction etc. I mean given they have 24hr concierge I'd make it super duper seamless to a single step, upload doc and submit. Nothing else should be there. I don't know anyone who……

The only thing we didn't like was being bombarded by time share people upon checking in. Other than that it was certainly worth the money !”
