“This place was great! Even in the heat, we were able to take walks because the neighborhood is so nicely shaded. Also, the house itself has cute seating area outside all covered in shade. Just bring mosquito spray! Virginia was extremely helpful and kind and very easy going. Really enjoyed our stay here!”

“My friend came from out-of-state for a girls weekend in Austin and we stayed here. It was the perfect location for everything we did—what a fun neighborhood! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We did not get to enjoy the outdoor space much due to all the rain, but maybe next time. Like others mentioned, the furniture was completely different than what the picture shows, but that was not an issue for us. We tried to do a load of laundry and there was such a foul odor coming……

“It was clean. Screened porch was GREAT. Location is choice. The clinic or whatever is across the street had ZERO impact on our stay. I would EASILY book this again for me and a special someone! Galaxy Cafe, coffee place, and market are all an easy stroll down 10th street.”

“The house is so clean and felt safe. Spent the weekend with friends for a funeral, however it was nice to come “home” to a house with friends and relax, listen to the birds sing and drink a glass of wine. The host was very accommodating and communicated well. I would definitely come back again. My only suggestion is for the cost of the place per night, it would be nice to have a Kuerig coffee maker creamer etc. to have in the morning.”
