Super Friendly staff, rooms clean promptly and very "discretey".... the resort's lush garden was emaciated the pool clean cool and tempting ,restaurant delicious food and beverage excellent if want to try local " fair" short stroll up the road .... We had an amazing stay in this hotel. Staff are very attentive and nothing is too much to ask. The hotel was peaceful and quiet. Breakfast time was not too busy and very relaxing. Beautiful outside pool surrounded by palm trees. We stayed in three different hotels during our two week trip to Vietnam, and this hotel was the best. The beach and sun loungers were absolutely amazing and never had an issue finding a space at the beach. It can get windy at the beach, so might not be suitable for young children. We got a sea view bedroom and it was beautiful. Big bed and spacious bathroom. The room a full sea view and at night you can see hundreds of fishing boat lights in the sea. There was balcony with seating and a table. The hotel had a gym, however it was very basic. I

Very good stay

The room was spacious and clean. The outside tub was just what we wanted, with amazing view over the ocean. The beach was clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet had a very good selection. The staff were friendly.

Resort backs onto a beach with a fantastic view. Room and bathroom was nice and big. Staff were very nice, helpful and friendly. Dinner was good but a little on the pricey side. Breakfast was not bad, offering both western and Vietnamese cuisines.

Wonderful resort. Im not sure why its marked as a 4 star.. Its a very strong 5 star in my opinion. They checked every box as a luxury resort. Will stay again, and i will definitely refer friends and family

Highly recommended for those who would like to be in the middle of Mui Ne and Phan Thiet, this resort is so for you as it is around 7-8 km to the downtown areas. The resort itself is very relax and serene. I also enjoyed the staff’s friendliness during my stay here. Great experience

Unbelievable „4-Star“ Experience. I have been to 5 Star Hotels that couldn’t compete with the Cliff. I was honestly blown away. Their Gym was an actual Gym that could be used to get some real workouts in which is super rare to find in Vietnam. The food was mind blowing. They provide extra services, have tons of super nice Beach huts for their guests at a Beach which they clean meticulously btw. A nice pool area. A well kept beautiful garden. Amazing Bungalows. A nice Spa Area and great Apartments. I spent some time in other Hotels in Mui Ne and the Beach area close to the Cliff but the Cliff is definitely worth the extra charge compared to the other ones. If you want a luxurious non plus ultra Beach vacation then this is the place to be.

The Cliff is right on the beach, which is clean and has huts offering sun protection. The rooms (Azul Sea View) were clean, modern and comfortable. The food was very good and the staff were friendly and helpful, though the service at the restaurant was sometimes quite slow. We enjoyed the spa as well. Overall it was a very nice place to spend a few days relaxing.

Great beach break in Vietnam!

The beach here is beautifully kept and the sunset live music from the staff on a Saturday at the beach bar was a great way to start the evening. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the pools were great but in need of a little TLC to replace the missing tiles. The rooms were large and plenty of storage. Always easy to get a cab into Mui Ne to check out the many bars, shops and restaurants on offer.

The property felt tired - pool was missing tiles, menus were worn, and in-room hot tub was stained. No towel service at pool. It has great beach access and was quiet. Breakfast buffet was good - inline with other hotels in Vietnam. However, non-vietnamese food was lacking in terms of taste I was looking for a 5 star experience and it did not deliver the experience nor value.

The stay was great. The resort has so much more potential. If staff would speak English and the beach bar would give some kind of entertainment, it would be excellent.
