「Staff lacking in basic hospitality skills. We were given the wrong room and it was not straightforward to rectify which was surprising to me as the booking was clear. I then actually asked to print a document and was told told the hotel had no printer. I kinda lost interest at that point the place is a shambles and has no waterpark. Loads of feral cats running around. Some of the staff were okay but the receptionist was completely incompetent. Expedia should not have this hotel on their...

「It’s a beautiful, brand new hotel, with an outdoor pool, exercise gym, and free bicycles to use. A nice flatscreen TV with YouTube. Right on the Mekong River, it’s easy to get around using Grab or riding a bike. Wonderful staff and great food in the restaurant. I will stay here next time I am in Nong Khai.」

「The place is very clean and the staff is very helpful and professional. The only problem I have is the mosquito, even though the mosquitoes net is provided.」

「We stayed in the dome. Great owners. Very friendly. There are no private hot tubs as Expedia advertises but There was however a claw tub outside. Bring face cloths for showers. Other than that great stay. Yummy breakfast. 」

「Nice room, excellent restaurant. A little bit scruffy but clean and tidy, coffee making stuff inthe room. On the whole a good stay thanks」

「The bungalows with porches were very nice. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. The car service was also helpful, and much appreciated. I liked the property very much. 」

「The hotel is quite old, but the price is reasonable. The staff are very kind, breakfast is provided, and the level of cleanliness is good.」

「The staffs are very kind, helpful and professional. The room and bed is very clean. The bathroom is also clean but it’s contained a scent of ammonia coming from the drain. The outside yard, swimming pool and the restaurant are well kept and felt very safe. If I was looking for a place to relax then this place would be one of them.」
