"The hotel is beautiful and the staff is warm and friendly. The breakfast is a little underwhelming, but appreciated, and the restaurant is excellent. Definitely planning to return next year. "

"1st floor sliding windows wouldn’t lock in the bedroom so we had to move rooms and the second room had disgusting bed sheets with several stains. Required a cash deposit of $50 after signing a document saying a $100 deposit would already be held on the card. Not very comfortable front desk assistance. Sketchy parking lot/human interaction. Would not stay again. Pictures online do more than justice !!"

"I booked a room with sofa bed but they didn’t had and they give me much smaller room! I wanted my difference because I’m overpaid they didn’t care ! Their carpet was sticky and smelly . Disappointed with service!"

"The ac was terrible in our room. It would cycle on and off throughout the night and i did not like the bedding on the bed. Whoever heard of putting the blankets over the comforter. Another problem was we could not get Tv to work. The third problem was the shampoo bottle was empty in the shower and there was no soap in tge bathroom either. By the sink there was a thing of lotion on wall, but still no soap. Very unsanitary. One of the lamps by the bed was also broken and just dangling off the wall. Also it was very noisy most of the night."

"The property itself is pleasant and in a good, peaceful location. However, check-in was difficult. We did not receive the door code until the day of check-in, when one of the travelers was still on his flight. The host was slow to respond to my messages and messages from Vrbo customer service. Eventually we were able to connect to the property manager and get in, and the stay was otherwise nice. But the two hours of stress and thinking we would have to book a more expensive place at the last minute got us off to a rough start."
