「toilet leaking water on the floor when flushed (room 417) . reported it twice, nothing was done until check out. shuttle bus not available although advertised that it will be there every thirty minutes -waited almost an hour with no shuttle bus show up. had to take UBER. check out time - clerk not really helpful - told her checking out with no questions, she said just drop the keys there. But I Needed Print Out Receipt - they just don't pay attention.」
