It Woodworth five stars if you can replace the carpet and put a lock from inside on the main door.

Walkable location to all that Philly has to offer. The unit was clean but had many items that needed fixing: rattling bathroom fan, towel rack ripped out of wall, closet doors broken. TP provided (thank goodness!) but no other paper products such as kleenex which becomes more of a challenge when travelling, same with no hair dryer. Suggest simple fixes for owners of slipcovering ripped futon and cleaning or covering filthy bedroom rug will improve future guest and unit marketing experiences. Door entry keypad combo was nonstandard and not well communicated and took several tries. Would not stay again.
