The apartment itself is very cute and clean - great for a work trip. The bed is comfy and water pressure is great in the shower. It is very easy to reach University City and 30th street station plus there are lots of restaurants nearby. As a warning, this is a basement apartment and you can hear every footstep from the people above you as well as the people to the side and on the street, and if someone is doing laundry since the machines are about 10 feet away on the same floor. There is pretty minimal natural light coming in with one of the windows covered by a dresser and the rest are all facing an alley. It did quiet down in the evenings, but if you're sensitive to these things it's good to know.
