Access to the listing is on the second floor of the building. This unit requires you to walk through 1 stair case. This unit is private and centrally located in the heart of Fishtown, Philadelphia. Extremely walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, smoke shops, barber shops, entertainment, bars, theatres, public transportation and more!

Enjoyed my stay!

The unit is close to the center of Fishtown and has a cute little deck by the back door. The layout has the feel of a large studio. In-unit washer/dryer was a big plus. Slightly limited storage, but overall, I was very comfortable! It’s located on a quieter block of a “busy” street, and I wasn’t bothered by outside noise. The property manager was very communicative and kind. I enjoyed my stay!
