Smoke detectors were going off in our room and on the floor non-stop when we arrived. I called the front desk multiple times with no answer. When I went to the front desk to tell them what was happening, it took a while for them to send someone to the room to fix the situation. Our room door would lock, however, you could push the door open from the hallway because the latch was broken. When I informed the front desk, they didn't apologize for the issue or ask if we wanted to move rooms. This was a huge safety concern for us while we were there.

Staff was professional and courteous, the colours were a bit garish but honestly that was refreshing given the lack of colour most places have these days. You can ignore the reviews talking about bugs, we inspected thoroughly and everything was pristine. The bathroom was stocked with soap and shampoo but no conditioner or lotion or body wash. The thermostat is on the ac/heating unit and was very easy to use. The beds are clean and comfortable. The parking is terrible but that's really the only complaint, and I didn't even have a car on this trip so it wasn't a problem for me. There is no breakfast offering. I would be happy to stay here again. It gives creepy vibes but they're unwarranted.

So it was a fairly clean, affordable place to sleep. Location is great for walking around town, driving;not so much. You have to cross traffic to pull into a tiny parkinglot to check in, back up to hit the call button for a staff member to buzz you in (if they’re at the desk) when we got into our room several things were broken(nothing to significant) but the whole place reeked of weed dispute signs everywhere saying smoke free hotel, they clearly just didn’t care. Rooms are NOT soundproofed, and this location isn’t exactly handicap friendly, I had to go without my wheelchair all weekend because it would have been too difficult to maneuver, luckily I had help and could be dropped off at the door. Overall we weren’t super happy with our stay, for the price it was decent but I’d reccomend honestly just spending the extra money and go to the Hilton down the road.

Shower is not that strong, the hallway on the 3rd floor smells weed and the party on the 1st floor is too loud , past 12:00 midnight very noisy can hear up to the 3rd floor , I taught it’s a hotel to sleep , why they have a big bday party, I dont understand, since I’m a deep sleeper I don’t care but I saw a person complained at the reception desk the following day.
