  • A 180 year old home, our 3 story building has complete modern utilities and appliances. It two blocks away from Penn’s landing!. And unique antique furnishing from the 14th century. Independence Hall, Liberty Bell, Constitution Center, christ church, revolution Museum, visitor center reading, terminal market, love park,City Hall,Betsy ross house, many bars, beautiful river side, Washington Square, many beautiful park, restaurants, museums, theaters Delaware river within 2min to 5min walking distance.
    No smoking or partying.

there was a group of older men going to celebrate the 250th anniversary of the Marine Corp. From the start, Mimi was great to deal with. Communications were fast and helpful. the group appreciated the well appointed apartment and everything needed to make the stay comfortable. The location of the apartment was perfect and in the middle of pretty much anything we wanted to do. Highly recommend this house.

What a gorgeous property! The antique pieces and overall aesthetic are exactly as advertised and made for a truly unique stay. Our stay was excellent. The house is beautiful and spacious. The massage chair was a wonderful surprise and well used during our stay. Mi Mi was an excellent host and very attentive to any questions we had. The location was perfect for seeing the sites and walking to many locations. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay

The host was readily available for questions and we had a seamless stay. The beds were comfy and the home was spacious and beautiful. It was convenient to an active nightlife , historical venues, and fabulous dining steps away. We felt safe and rested after our time here! We will book again.!

We flew in for the World Champion Eagles parade. Location was perfect and house was phenomenal. We were more than impressed. Great location for restaurants, Independence Hall, everything. The host was superb!!! Highly recommend

Overall, lovely building in a central location. The entrance is off an alleyway which is difficult for driving/drop-off, but not unmanageable. Host was very responsive. We enjoyed the massage chair.There were some big rules we didn’t feel we had been given notice of ahead of time - namely, that the host doesn’t allow you to flush toilet paper. There are 3 queen beds. Beyond that, there are some air mattresses.

New Year’s Eve weekend

My friends and I stayed here on New Year’s Eve and had a great time. Everything was clean and the interior is beautiful. The house is located in walking distance of several bars, restaurants, and stores in Old City.
