Good location and it worked well for our group.

5th floor walk up with very steep stairs. Space otherwise worked well. Roku remote didn’t work but we were able to download one on our phone. Space appeared clean but the bottoms of our feet were dirty when walking around without socks. Beds were very comfortable. Walkable to most major landmarks in Philly which was awesome!

We were able to arrange for an early check-in the day of our rental. The property management company is responsive via text. The unit is up 5 flights of stairs so be prepared for that. The living room furniture is slightly worn. No issues while staying at the property except we did smell some cigarette smoke coming from a vent, possibly from another unit below?! Other than that all of our needs were met.

A great experience :)

Overall, our stay was wonderful! The check-in and out process was simple. It was an excellent location within Center City, and perfect for our stay. The furniture and a few other areas within the space could have been cleaner. In all, we had a great experience and will be staying again!
