「Rooms are heated. Staff is very friendly and very helpful. Provided room service when needed and very timely」

「Shops are nearby Situated in the main market The hotel lacks dinning There is no restaurant inside the hotel」

「I arrived at 21.00 to find the place deserted. No phone to call. A kindly resident of the building helped me find the manager, a young boy who knew nothing of my coming. My booking either vanished or.. This is unforgivable. The room itself is OK but the place is like a morgue and no staff most of the time. Hotels.com should not take bookings for this place. NB. Despite being called a guesthouse they don' t clean the rooms, so it is more like homestay. 」
