“Nice place, nice room and nice staff”

“I’ve booked two standard for a trip in April 26. On arrival, we were given a family room and informed that that was the last room they had available. Entry into the room electrics in did not work it was cold with one bed settee prepared and a double bed. Upon complaint and insistence that our original booking was two standard. And given our health condition that’s the reason we chose the option after a healthy discussion and pointing out our health needs. An indicating that “Grand” should……

“has many kinds of kitchen stuff for cooking.”

“Stunning property. Immaculate rooms and public areas. Didn’t dine here but menu looked amazing. Bar staff were knowledgeable and professional. Cocktails to die for. Will certainly be returning.”

“I enjoyed my stay”

“Poor service & understaning of client needs ”

“Staff were nice & offfered early check-in for my family. Though food choice is much, it kept food warm & taste good”

“The Abbey Hotel was an amazing place to stay. Would highly recommend for anyone. Accessible for people with disabilities as well. Great reception staff. 10/10 would stay again.”

“不適合有大件行李”

“Good location for the city centre shops, bars food outlets with 20 minutes walk to railway station. No breakfast. Bedroom décor functional, bed comfortable but a surprisingly modern bathroom with good shower. Reception on 3rd floor but lift out of order. Access to rooms/reception via stairs from a door separate from hotel entrance. No electronic security at the door so anyone could enter the hotel and potentially access bedroom on floors 1 and 2 at any time. Check before booking especially if a……

“Bed and bedding comfy with 2 choices of pillows. Good hot water and pressure. Only draw back was the reverse cycle was not controllable due to not having a down button. Temp stays on 25 or you could put it up not down. Had a standing fan fan which we had on all night and heating off. Too cold for windows open. ”

“Decent on paper, disappointing in reality. The room looked fine in the photos but fell short in person. We were on the ground floor and arrived to a strong smell of cigarettes - the throw blanket had a burn hole in it, suggesting a previous guest had smoked despite the advertised £100 fine. There was pink staining on the shower floor and the only chair had a broken spindle on the back - when I went to move it, the top rail separated entirely from the remaining spindles and I had to pop it back……

“Nice quiet area and nice neighbors and lovely house with fully amenities for the accommodation and close to city centre and football ground and university nearby and plenty of restaurants nearby and access to inner ring road and outer ring road and close to motorway northbound southbound and eastbound”

“Good: contact with manager. Cleanliness and general set up Parking for car off road. Access to public transport.. Not good: on arrival the flat was stone cold and took 24 hours to warm up. Kitchen equipment was old, basic and just about functional. Very limited small kitchen tools ”
