Located in the Signature Condominium Homes, this condo unit has a large bedroom suite with an organic King mattress and a sleeper sofa in the living room, easily accommodating 2people.( Maximum 3 people) this unit also comes with a spacious bathroom, washer/dryer, dining area, and a balcony. Guests will also have access to the community facilities including pools, spas, sauna, fitness center, business center, picnic gazebos, BBQ area, and a cozy firepit. This unit’s location is also beautiful and just a walking distance away from a grocery store and a few restaurants. We picked this spot mostly because of location. 20 mins to camelback, downtown old Scottsdale and 30 to spring training. Host communicated everything timely and it was very clean!

The unit was just as described, well stocked with extra pillows, towels, beach towels, laundry supplies, etc. Was mostly quite clean, but some areas could use a deep clean (tops of appliances, baseboards, switches, etc. where the dust bunnies were pretty thick), but the host was very accommodating with check in and check out. Would definitely stay here again if we had the need.
