You’ll find an exceptionally clean, comfortable & elegant space in this stylishly decorated 2 bedroom/2 bath second floor condo located within the Arizona Biltmore village community in a convenient, perfectly situated resort-style gated condominium property. Walk to the Waldorf Astoria Biltmore resort, local award-winning restaurants, coffee, golf, groceries, hiking paths and more - right next door! 10 minutes to downtown, GCU, Sky Harbor Airport and so much more yet nestled in between the Phoenix Mountain Preserve & the renowned Camelback East Corridor. With a focus on being clean, chic & comfortably furnished, you can relax from the moment you arrive. You'll love the open, bright floor plan and large outside patio for morning coffee or afternoon cocktail hour, looking over the inner courtyard. The Master Bedroom features an en suite full bathroom, an office space for working, an enormous walk in closet and a luxurious King Bed. Our Guest Bedroom, located on the opposite end of the unit, is appointed with both a Double & Twin Bed and large Walk In closet, with a full bathroom accessible in the hallway. Free High Speed WiFi & Large Flat Screen Televisions in each room to make your stay extra special. For our winter season guests, the fireplace is just right for both ambience and a little extra heat. The fabulous heated pool (86 degrees year round), spa, fitness room & sauna give you luxury amenities just outside your door. The pool area was amazing. Walking distance to Safeway and other restaurants. The only suggestion I have is more towels. There was only the decorative ones in the bathroom with a few pool towels.

This is the second year in a row we've stayed here, and enjoyed it thoroughly, once again. The location is terrific--close to shopping, restaurants, etc. The pool and fitness center are real assets. Paula, the host, was very responsive to all of our needs. We'll be coming again.

This was our second time staying at this location. It is by far the nicest VRBO we have ever stayed in. If I could give this a 1000/10 I would. It is in a perfect location close to hikes, downtown, restaurants and walking distance to a grocery store. Whenever we go to Phoenix we will always stay here!

This was a great central location to all the areas we visited in Phoenix on our start to summer vacation! The pool was amazing temperature, size and very close to the unit. We dined at a great restaurant and shopped at Safeway that are walking distance from the unit. We enjoyed the fashion show mall not far from this location and caught a baseball game at Chase field. We also visited friends that live in Chandler. This location worked great! The check in process was easy and the unit had smart tvs in each room, plenty of towels and was clean.

This was my first time staying in a VRBO and felt I was pretty picky choosing a property. This location was perfect for my needs. All you need is really within walking distance from the unit. The Meridian condo community had nice amenities and I especially loved the pool area. Neighbors were friendly. I loved having the parking underground out of the hot sun. The condo itself was well appointed and Paula even shipped me a few items that were needed during my stay. Paula was responsive to my needs during my stay. It is a second story unit and I had a renter above me who I could hear walking the floors. But it wasn't a big deal to me for a temporary stay. The unit was clean. I loved the location of the unit in comparison to the elevator and the stairs to go to the pool. I was able to unpack and not live out of my suitcase with great closets to put things away in during my stay. The master bedroom is definitely warmer than the rear of the condo. I love to be cold but remedied this with a fan from the closet. For most people, I think the temps will be just fine. I booked my next stay already and am looking forward to my next return to the area.

Safeway within walking distance. We didn’t spend much time inside the condo, but can say it was clean and a very easy process. We weren’t able to get the fireplace to work, other than that the overall process was smooth. Garage parking was a plus.

The property overall was very well maintained and so was the condo itself. The location of the condo cannot get any better, 15 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from Scottsdale and ASU. The property was nice and quiet, pool area was tidy and close to walking paths onto the Biltmore property. Paula was responsive too - we will definitely be returning to this condo in the future. Thank you for an awesome stay!

We had a wonderful time staying in Paula's beautiful condo, and she's the best host ever! She was always available to talk, and very accomodating to whatever we needed. Highly recommend any of her places. They are beautiful, clean, and the perfect location. Thanks for making our first trip to Phoenix so memorable. We especially loved old town Scottsdale.

This was a wonderful place to stay. It was clean, comfortable and close to groceries and restaurants. Very easy to find. The beds felt like sleeping on a cloud. This was a girls’ trip for 4 long time friends in their 60s and 70s. There was plenty of room. I would definitely stay again.
