4bd/2ba home - 4th room is converted to an office and gym. Fully equipped home with all cookware you need inclusive of an instant pot and crockpot! All in an open kitchen overlooking the private pool in the large backyard with private herb garden. TV's in every bedroom and 65" TV in the family room. A separate workspace with monitor and printer, in the office/gym that offers light weights and Peloton. Quiet family neighborhood in a gated community with a security system. Heated community pool and hot tub down the road plus large backyard with private pool (not heated). ~ 18 min from PHX, 22 min from Old Town, near 202, stores and restaurants. Convenient location in safe, quiet community

Things to do:
- Play tennis on one of the 6 beautiful floodlit courts
- Swim in 2 large community resort style heated pools or relax in the hot-tub
- Play Pickle Ball on one of 8 new courts
- All of this inclusive of your stay as part of the Las Sendas Community!
- Nearby you'll find Saguaro Lake (~15min), hiking/biking trails a short bike ride or car ride away, in addition to the on-site hiking/walking trails in the community.

Great house and location!

Best long term rental we have experienced! Pictures accurately represent the property. House was well stocked with everything we would need for our stay. Theresa was very responsive to our questions. Location is great! Very close to the 202 making it very convenient for getting anywhere in the Phoenix metro area.
