Nice, quiet area

Nice, quiet area. Loved the outdoor space and open living area where all could congregate and enjoy our time together. Were able to cook and the large table was great for our 11 people. Negatives: Floor was cleaned with something that all the dirt stuck to and no swiffer to clean up quickly. Limited towels, especially pool towels (only 6 for the 11 of us) so had to do laundry often, but this was available.

First, the communication at this place was excellent. Our questions were answered promptly, and any issues we had were addressed immediately. On top of that, the property itself was amazing—spacious with plenty of amenities, which made it perfect for our annual fantasy football draft.The amenities included two sinks in the kitchen, a beverage fridge, double washer and dryer, an outdoor seating area, and much more! My friends even commented that this was the best place we’ve ever booked for our draft. There were plenty of rooms and bathrooms to comfortably accommodate everyone.The location was also perfect for us, with inexpensive Uber rides to Talking Stick and the bars in Old Town Scottsdale. If we host our draft in Scottsdale again, we wouldn’t hesitate to book this place. 10 out of 10!

Wonderful property in an excellent location. Pictures in the listing are accurate and the management company was highly responsive. Beds were comfortable and the property was well maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a great house for our trip. The inside and outside living areas as well as the pool were clean and well kept. We were traveling with 7 people on business and could not have found a better house for the trip. This is perfect for a family or group.

Stay Heirloom and Misty the Property Manager are the Best!

My husband and I travel extensively and by far Misty has been the most attentive Manager we have had the pleasure to work with during our stay.The house was as described and true to the descriptions.The A/C went out on Tuesday afternoon, I called Misty and she arrived within 20 minutes with the house Handy Man and together with a Electrician had the unit up and working within 4 hours. We appreciated her quick response and urgency as we had two small children in our group.Thanks Misty for all of your help!When my husband and I come back in the fall of next year we will definitely use your group.Mary G
