Enjoy a wonderful breakfast or lunch in a serene outdoor setting. The bright 1400 sq.ft. 2-bed/2-bath Master: 14-in memory foam hybrid king bed. ,#2 queen sleep number adjustable bed). home featuring travertine flooring,beautiful new kitchen with granite countertops, vaulted ceilings, & master bedroom with a large bay window,that looks out to this amazingly beautiful space that completes this unique & peaceful cottage-like setting. The large architecturally designed, vaulted open patio is perfect for entertaining, bird watching, or leisurely viewing & enjoying your own private garden. This distinctive property is conveniently located close to shopping, medical facilities & all the amenities SCW has to offer, including four amazing recreation centers that you will have access to for a fee that you pay to rec center. . If you love nature & privacy, this is your next Arizona vacation home.

This rental provides a peaceful and comfortable oasis while being conveniently located for access to fun in the sun in the West Valley. The house is located only a mile from the RH Johnson rec center and the many rec center amenities and nearby golf courses. We loved the covered patio and enjoyed many hours of relaxing, reading, and taking our meals outside in our private oasis.The king-size bed in the primary bedroom provided restful nights. We had guests stay in the secondary bedroom and found the Sleep Number bed with an adjustable base was very comfortable as well. The kitchen is well-appointed for cooking with an outdoor gas grill for grilling. If that is not your thing, there are many restaurant choices nearby. We enjoyed Chicago deep dish pizza at Lou Malnatie's, some upscale dining at Coopers Hawk, Mexican at Don Rueben's, and you have to get some ice cream from Handel's. We enjoyed hiking at White Tank Mountain Regional park and Thunderbird Conservation Area, which are just a short drive away. If visiting White Tank Mountain, perhaps take in lunch and some live music at the Coral at White Tank Mountain on a Friday or weekend.Bobby was very responsive to questions. The property is well-maintained and very comfortable.

Fantastic stay at this property. Bobby communicates well and was quick to respond. The house is clean and welcoming with a well-equipped kitchen...some rentals state that, but this one really had everything we needed. My husband loved the countertop ice maker! We found the seating and beds comfortable (I struggled a bit with the pillows but am pillow choosy and should just bring my own). The location was quiet, very little traffic, central to everything we wanted to be near. Easy in and out. The backyard is truly a gem. It's private and spacious with varied seating enclaves and whimsical decor adding to the botanical beauty. The covered patio is spacious and well equipped with a new grill and plenty of seating.The first evening we took cold showers - but figured out the next day that the shower valves seem to be installed backwards - found hot water by turning toward cold. It was a really great find for us and we hope to stay there again next year.

Beautiful property

We so enjoyed the private patio and large backyard. Like a mini desert. Very comfortable furniture and bedding. Bobby was extremely responsive and helpful with checking in and out, and any minor issues we had.

Beautiful property

Amazing backyard! Full of trees and Arizona vegetation. Several paths throughout. Large patio including heater and new grill. Plenty of seating for us and our friends. Completely covered for shade, but if you like the sun, there is plenty of areas for that too. Very quiet neighborhood in a cul-de-sac. Close to everything! Lovely home with remodeled kitchen. Kitchen very well stocked with everything you need if you want to cook. Plenty of indirect sunlight for a bright interior. We’ve rented some homes that were very dark, but not this one. Property owner is very available. Any issue we had he responded immediately, and solved the problem. This is the second home we have rented from him, and we will be back!
