Located in the Historic Roosevelt neighborhood adjacent to Downtown Phoenix, this 100+ year old home maintains it’s historic charm & character without compromising on quality & comfort. Most popular feedback heard is “love the place”, “extremely clean”, “great neighborhood” and “perfect location”. Kitchen is equipped for full cooking, comfortable bed & pillows and full size laundry. Modernized to meet the needs of today including 100mb/sec Internet, an alarm system, & Smart/Cable TV. Walking distance to many restaurants, museums and of course all Downtown Phoenix has to offer. Just two blocks away from Margaret Hance Park, the I-10 freeway, a Lightrail stop and a bike rental stop (Grid Bikes). Wonderful place to stay!
Everything we could possibly need and more was provided. Lovely neighborhood. Beautiful craftsman home. Convenient to stores and restaurants .Jeff was great to work with. The neighbor was friendly and welcoming. We would stay again.

We loved this place, it really felt like our home even though we were thousands of miles from our actual home. The house was very clean, comfortable and well decorated. Jeff has provided everything you could need. It is short 30 minute walk to Downtown (and Chase Field if you are there for the Baseball). There are also a couple of local restaurants nearby. Communication with Jeff was perfect before and during our stay. Thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would definitely recommend. If we are ever back in Phoenix this would be are go to place.

Amazing Place
Jeff is wonderful to work with. He communicates well and is very helpful if you need anything. The house is very clean, beautiful inside and outside and felt like home! Would definitely rent from Jeff again if we make it back to Arizona 😊

Fabulous-Modern-Great Location
This property has been fabulously updated with a wonderful kitchen, bathroom, living space and bedroom. Also, a beautiful backyard patio area. Would rent for a long term stay in a heartbeat. We have been taking 6 to 8 trips around the world for about 13 years staying at VRBOs and this one is without a doubt in the top 5% for comfort and style. Kudos to the owner.

Fantastic Property
An absolutely wonderful property for a single or couple. The home is beautifully decorated and sits in the heart of a neat historic area. Very quiet and comfy. Though it was a bit too hot to walk around much, the home is within walking distance of several restaurants and bars. Highly recommend!

As previous guests have shared, the place is perfect. It is close to nearby attractions as well as dining. Just to let you know, the wine bar up the street on the corner is a must-visit. This place will be on our list for future trips to the Phoenix area.
