Phoenix stay
We loved this place, it really felt like our home even though we were thousands of miles from our actual home. The house was very clean, comfortable and well decorated. Jeff has provided everything you could need. It is short 30 minute walk to Downtown (and Chase Field if you are there for the Baseball). There are also a couple of local restaurants nearby. Communication with Jeff was perfect before and during our stay. Thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would definitely recommend. If we are ever back in Phoenix this would be are go to place.

Amazing Place
Jeff is wonderful to work with. He communicates well and is very helpful if you need anything. The house is very clean, beautiful inside and outside and felt like home! Would definitely rent from Jeff again if we make it back to Arizona 😊

Fabulous-Modern-Great Location
This property has been fabulously updated with a wonderful kitchen, bathroom, living space and bedroom. Also, a beautiful backyard patio area. Would rent for a long term stay in a heartbeat. We have been taking 6 to 8 trips around the world for about 13 years staying at VRBOs and this one is without a doubt in the top 5% for comfort and style. Kudos to the owner.

Fantastic Property
An absolutely wonderful property for a single or couple. The home is beautifully decorated and sits in the heart of a neat historic area. Very quiet and comfy. Though it was a bit too hot to walk around much, the home is within walking distance of several restaurants and bars. Highly recommend!

As previous guests have shared, the place is perfect. It is close to nearby attractions as well as dining. Just to let you know, the wine bar up the street on the corner is a must-visit. This place will be on our list for future trips to the Phoenix area.

The location is perfect, very close to great restaurants and a peaceful neighborhood. House is very clean and has everything you need for a weeks stay. The back patio is worth it alone for either morning coffee or a drink at night.

Perfect place in Phoenix for 1-2
The property is clean and spacious. It's also not far from many great places, whether it's just a great meal or for a bar hopping experience. Also has a great back padio to invite a few friends over to relax for the night. Fully recommend for and single/couple. And Jeff was a great host.

They Thought of Everything
I would highly recommend this rental. The beds and pillows are comfortable, they provide lots of TP, unlike many other rentals! There is a keurig coffee maker with plenty of pods, hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner dispensers in shower- nice rain shower, assortment of charging cables, ice maker and water filter in the sink!! Beautiful chefs kitchen with new appliances. The decor reminds me of a Kimpton Hotel. Cute sitting areas on front porch and back patio, nice landscaping. Beautiful palm lined street, driveway parking, walking distance to artsy Roosevelt area and easy driving to so many other fun sections of town. Most rentals these days seem to be trying to make things easy for themselves and getting their next renter but I felt like this one cared a lot about our experience. Thanks!

Adorable, clean, well- appointed
Fantastic property with all the amenities. Stayed here by myself while attending a conference and it felt like a little vacation. Enjoyed exploring The neighborhood restaurants and sights, and it was. 20 walk to th convention center. Property owner was friendly, responsive, and has paid attention to even the smallest detail at his property. Would highly recommend this unit and location.

Excellent rental, especially for Super Bowl weekend
My husband and I stayed here for the 2023 Super Bowl and it was perfect. It’s in a nice part of the city and was walking distance to all the events happening at Hance Park. We also spent meaningful time in Scottsdale, Tempe, and Glendale so this was centrally located to all of those events as well. Property is well managed and we had no issues, which I’m sure was not the case for many of first timers trying to list on VRBO to take advantage of the Super Bowl crowd. Great overall rental. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great Stay!
When I travel, where I stay is very important to me. I like to feel like I’m home away from home if I can. This place did exactly that for me during my trip to Phoenix. The location was very convenient too. Central and close to all the fun things downtown has to offer while also being in a nice neighborhood. Teresa, the tenant next door, was very nice too! Everything was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. Will absolutely stay here again!

Great place!
The property was amazing. Great for the price with a nice size kitchen. The owner was super friendly and even got the place ready for us before check in time. Clean and updated, not to mention the perfect size for two people. The neighborhood is super pretty as well. I may end up staying here next September if the property is still being rented out.

Awesome home!!
We were very impressed with this quaint, beautifully remodeled home. It had everything we needed. The living room was a relaxing area. The kitchen was great for cooking meals. So nice to have a dishwasher & full size washer/dryer. The bed was comfortable. The private patio area was great for morning coffee. It was in a quite neighborhood and a great location. Highly recommend & would definitely book again.

A Little Jewel in Phoenix
Wonderful property in quiet pretty historic neighborhood very close to downtown. Felt very safe walking in this neighborhood. Home was beautifully decorated with all the upgraded amenities you could need. Really appreciated the full kitchen that allowed us to cook our own meals. Compact backyard was perfect for grilling and eating outside with table and chairs under covered pavillion. Property was perfect size for couple or single person stay - felt larger than sq footage. Highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there again. Owner Jeff was very helpful and responsive to work with

Wohlfühloase Downtown Phoenix
Das Haus ist sehr hochwertig und modern ausgestattet - es fehlte uns an nichts! Die Fotos und Beschreibungen stimmten zu 100% mit dem Inserat überein. Die Lage ist perfekt für kurze Ausflüge in die Stadt - sei es zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto. Das Haus liegt auch perfekt für lange Ausflüge über die Interstate. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen, viel erlebt und gesehen in Phoenix und Umgebung. Wir haben uns die 11 Nächte sehr wohl in dem Haus gefühlt! Vielen Dank und herzliche Grüße aus Deutschland

Beautiful, Quiet, Close to Everything
The property is very beautiful and tastefully decorated. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and it’s close to great restaurants and grocery store. We got to meet Jeff in passing and he was very friendly and accommodating. The next door neighbor is really sweet and personable. The neighborhood was safe and we had no issues. We truly enjoyed our time there and would definitely stay again!

Clean, great location, great for couples
My husband and I stayed in Jeff's home for 8 nights. We were here visiting family & friends. From the moment we booked to our last night, Jeff was easy to get ahold of, helpful & kind. The home is fully stocked, updated, clean and well kept. Only 10 minutes from the airport. We took walks every morning, there is a dog park a few blocks away. We will definitely be back & highly recommend this home!

This home is better than presented in the listing. It’s immaculate, well appointed, very comfortable and elegant in an understated way. The host has a flair for architectural details and design, adding to the charm and comfort. It’s well situated, close to downtown, the Desert Botanical Garden, the art museums, etc, yet is located on a quiet residential street in an historic neighborhood. We would definitely stay again! 5*s

This house had all the amenities (and more) that we needed. It is comfortable and has modern, industrial style. The outside seating gave a calming ambiance both in the evening and during the day. Lovely home, perfect location
The house is close to our favorite part of Phoenix near downtown and the arts district. We were within 3 miles of a lot of the things we wanted to see and visit, like the Heard Museum, Roosevelt Arts District, The Vig on Fillmore, the Cambria Rooftop and AJ's Fine Foods. We found that you can walk to get drinks and food on McDowell in five minutes. Access to I-10 is virtually around the corner so you can drive to Scottsdale, Tempe or the airport in 15 minutes. The house is roomy for two - very comfortable and clean. The decor and the property's updates are beautiful and spare. We drank coffee every morning on the patio and felt we were alone even though it's a duplex and apartments are next door. Our duplex neighbor Teresa was charming and helpful. All the things we needed to cook, clean, and wash were provided. All in all, we hope to return whenever we visit Phoenix.

A home away from home
We enjoyed our stay so much that we'll be visiting Arizona again and again. Everyone was so lovely and friendly wherever we went, and especially Teresa, our amazing, helpful neighbor. The neighborhood is spectacular and exceptionally manicured. Also, there are amazing places to eat and hang out like Luana's, which is just around the corner. Arizona has captured our hearts.
