Overall good!

Overall the house was great. Location was nice. The pool table and air hockey was broken which bummed the kids out but we still had a good time and would recommend property!

Christmas in Arizona

We had a fabulous time celebrating Christmas in Arizona. The property was fantastic. Clean & exactly as shown in the photos Comfortable beds nice kitchen & bathrooms & a fantastic game room & outdoor surrounds & activities. The location was perfect & getting around the are was easy & safe. Was old definitely stay here again & highly recommend it. 🎀

Some good some bad

House was clean, in a great location for us. Felt safe in the area and it was pretty quiet. When we arrive check in was east and communication was good. I purchased pool heat, which was suppose to be turned on 2 days prior to our arrival. When we arrived the pool was not heated and at 64 degrees. I communicated with Good stay and after back and forth the told me it was out of their control and there would be no heat. They refunded the heat charge. Most of the games offered were unusable (pool table and ping pong)due to missing pieces. I contacted host and they never responded. Furniture could used some updating/cleaning. I feel I paid for a place to use the pool and games as advertised and neither worked. I could have rented a place with out these features for much less close by.

Very nice but missing on small details.

Place was overall nice, literally nothing to complain about. I prefer places that go the extra mile though. There is a coffee maker here, but no carafe ( or coffee or filters ). I mean just invest in a pod type machine. There was only one roll of toilet paper in the entire house, and I didn't discover that until it was to late lol! Basically that same idea across many fronts, no clothes detergent, no paper towels, no d/w soap etc etc. I would rather be charged another 5 dollars a night and have these things pre supplied ( at least enough to get me through the first 24 hours ). Having to Uber for toilet paper and coffee every morning is a bit of a buzz kill that is easily fixable. Place was clean and fine, backyard was awesome, service getting in was great, but just not 5 star worthy in my opinion.
