Loved this place

We enjoyed our stay and the location was great. It was nice to have the pool and the upper balcony to watch the golfers, ducks, and geese. Great place and will consider it again in the future.

Family vacation

This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed here and we absolutely love it!! The house is perfect and clean. The pool maintenance guy is also the same one as last time and we had a nice conversation with him! This is our go to home in Arizona!!! We are already planning our next visit!

The property was very nice, clean and well located. It easily accomodated 6 adults, and had excellent parking. I would not hesitate to stay again in this property.

Great get away

Lovely spacious house. A wonderful view of tbe golf course and lake. And the pool was very nice. The location is convenient to stores, restaurants, and our family. We hope to stay there again in the future.

Excellent Location!

My family and I had a wonderful and comfortable stay. The location was perfect, it's 10-15 minutes away from several eateries and grocery stores. Excellent communication from management. I recommend this property as your home away from home!

Great house

The house is in a quiet gated community with great views of the golf course and lakes. I was looking for relaxing vacation and I found it. Very close to shopping, restaurants, and local parks. The pool was perfect for relaxing and cooling off in the summer heat. The house had everything we needed, plenty of towels and kitchen was stocked with all necessary items. We enjoyed our stay for sure.

Nice, comfortable home

Overall the value was there. The property is clean and comfortable. We were woken up at 430a on Sunday by the lawn maintenance service on the golf course ☹️ we selected this property bc it was quiet and off the beaten path. Had I known this, I would've stayed closer to more amenities.

Beautiful location on Ocatillo golf course

This rental was fantastic...once we were able to access it: We were not provided the gate code into the subdivision before arrival and the after hours property manager didn’t answer our call so we had to stay in a hotel the first night. Once we were in the home though it was great; one of the nicest locations of the several Phoenix VRBOs in which we have stayed. Upstairs balcony off the master suite has exceptional views of golf course and lake. Pool was the perfect size with a rock fountain and ample lounge chairs. Outdoor BBQ worked well and separate fire pit seating area was awesome. Several large flat screen TVs: one in each of the two separate living rooms and in the master suite. The bathrooms are in need of updating (esp master shower) but overall, a great stay.

Home in great location

The home itself is nice and in a very good location. However, the home was not very clean. It appeared housekeeping was done in a rush. We had to fix the kitchen faucet as it was frozen due to so much old matter/debris from the sink which did not allow the faucet to move. It did not appear the tile floors had been cleaned at all. Possibly just vacuumed. The master bedroom had popcorn seeds and cracker crumbs beside the nightstand. Some of the silverware was dirty and had to be re-washed. Because of COVID-19 we had even higher expectations regarding cleanliness. While we do not expect homeowners to provide condiments it’s nice to have a few of the basics. This home did not have any. The backyard is very nice. Our family enjoyed the pool/spa.

Nice Property - Underwhelming Pool Area

Communication with property Management was great up until the day of our arrival. We never received a code for entry (nor was it ever sent to my spam). Our check-in was 4pm and at 12am we were just getting an emergency code from a general help VRBO/property Management call center. We were disappointed to not get any direct correspondence until the following morning (9hrs later). This was extremely disappointing. We were going to potentially have to go get a hotel our first evening. We did not get to bed until almost 2am. House was spacious inside and located in a nice gated community. There is definitely a lot of wasted “lounge/tv” space. One of the spaces could be utilized better as a game or entertainment room of some sort. Pool towels are scarce (4 towels only). Pool itself is very underwhelming. It is extremely small, hidden somewhat by shaded trees keeping the pool water very cold. The space of the backyard has a lot of waste where the pool could be a bit larger accommodating more people to move about freely. This is more of a wading pool. All in all, our time inside the house was pleasant however in 95 degree weather you intend to be outside in the pool. That was most dispointing feature of property.

Thanksgiving Stay

Great house! Great neighborhood! Great location! Several of us rented houses in the same neighborhood for a family reunion over Thanksgiving. Our house was perfect for us. My grandchildren loved the pool. The kitchen had everything we needed to make Thanksgiving dinner. The beds were comfortable. The neighborhood is great - we walked a lot and played in the parks.

Great house and location!

We loved this house, the layout was spacious but we also felt right at home. The master suite was a delight and we enjoyed the view from the patio every morning. The location is very central to many activities in the Phoenix metro area.
