Great location and comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. Our adult kids especially liked the game room and I relived my teen years playing Ms. Pac-Man. We had a nice Thanksgiving here visiting our son who lives in Gilbert and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Great communication with property manger. Would definitely stay here again and again!

Spent a week here and really enjoyed ourselves. The home featured a large open format which helped keeping a eye on our grandkids. There was abundance of space. The house sits at the end of a street next to the golf course. One nice aspect was five minutes in any directions brought you to restaurants, grocery and drug stores. Just about everything you might need was a few minutes away. We hope to return next year to this location.

Quick winter get away

Christmas get away with my 2 adult kids and significant others. This was my 1st rental but not my last. Loved all the living space, fireplace and hot tub which we used often. Good location as we hiked, spent time downtown Gilbert and found a great brewery. Home was centrally located!

Absolutely loved our stay at Sandstone Gem! The home was incredibly well-stocked, which made settling in for the week super easy. We especially appreciated the TVs in every bedroom—perfect for winding down after long days. The spacious living room, kitchen, and dining area made it ideal for hosting and hanging out as a group. The property was perfect for our family. The home was immaculate and the children between ages 6 to 12 never had a dull moment. The kitchen is perfect for hosting a large family meals. We had a long weekend with family and this property was wonderful! Close to groceries, restaurants and some neat things in Gilbert like the observatory and Riparian Preserve. The property was clean and spacious. Plenty of room for 5 adults. Great for cooking group meals. We could all be working in the kitchen without tripping over each other!

A perfect place for what we were looking for

My husband and I wanted to be on a golf course, as we were planning to golf a few times during our visit. Although this property was WAY larger than we needed for the two of us... the kitchen/living room, master bedroom, pool table area and back yard was everything we were looking for. This felt like it was our home and we didn't want to leave! We LOVED the sound system and how comfortable everything was.

Extremely clean property with more than enough space. Loved the open floor plan. Pool and hottub were both clean and heated on arrival. Booking process was simple and straight forward. Neighborhood is quiet and only a short 5 min drive to anything you could possibly need on your trip. This will be the only property I stay at for future travels to AZ. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Vacation Home

This home is as close to perfect as you can get. The layout of the house was perfect. Plenty of room, nice and a great open concept. The neighborhood (and view of Western Skies golf course) was quite nice. The location is only 30 minutes from the airport and very close to shopping, gold courses, etc.. The home is very well equipped and did not lack for any necessary kitchen items. We generally choose a different house each year, but we may change our "norm" and stay here again. It was fabulous.

Great Spot to Gather Your Group!

This was a terrific house for our family gathering! The six of us were very comfortable and did not even use all the bedrooms. There was plenty of space in the common areas, they were quite spacious and fully equipped with lots of storage for any groceries or additional things you might want to bring in. Really fun and spacious game room with a pool table, foosball, and an 80s style video arcade machine. Enormous backyard with swimming pool barbecue area covered porch with fans, all looking over the golf course. Management company staff was responsive whenever I had questions . Highly recommend, I’m sure we will come back to this house at some point in the future when we visit our Arizona family again.

Good house would rent again. Make sure you realize there are 2 thermostats. Plenty of room for the 7 of us if fit very comfortably. I did find the early check in fee to be annoying. But overall, would rent again.

Family Vacation

Our family absolutely loved this house and location. Upon arrival the property was extremely clean and well stocked. We were able to easily Instacart groceries to the house for the week and the kitchen had everything you require to cook meals. The pool and hot tub were a hit with our daughter and communication with the property management company exceeded our expectations. While the home was a bit big for just our family it would easily accommodate multiple families. We would definitely stay at this property again as well as any other properties managed by the same company.
