Great Remodeled Home Walking Distance To Downtown Gilbert Nightlife, Restaurants, it has been recognized as a top 5 foodie neighborhood.,Gilbert was also named Phoenix's coolest suburb, and is recognized as one of the safest cities,and best places to live. Home is tastefully done, lots of outdoor space with comfy furnishings, Lush Tropical Feeling, diving pool (NOT HEATED), BBQ Grill.
Nearby Grocery Stores: Trader Joes, Sprouts,Fry's and Smart & Final.
The central trail system is 2 blocks away and makes biking/running a breeze. Freestone Park (Gilbert's Top Park) less than a mile away.
in addition to all the downtown offerings Gilbert has, be sure not to miss Arizona Wilderness Brewing great scratch food & delicious beers.If your in town to catch a play at Hale Theater you can walk to your show from the home. This home really offers a great location in a well maintained re-done home that we are proud to share with you!

House is quiet, clean, and well-appointed with everything needed for a great escape within the desert.

Great place, pool was chilly
We enjoyed our stay in Gilbert. Downtown had amazing restaurants, and it was a quick 20 minute drive to several attractions we went to (superstition mountain, ponderosa stables, goldfield ghost town, diamondbacks game, hole in the rock, riparian preserve, botanical gardens). The backyard is beautiful, and relaxing. The pool was a little cold to swim in, even though the outside temps were mid 80s to mid 90s throughout our stay. (Pool is not heated, as stated in the listing.) The pool is quite big, 4ft to 9ft deep. I messaged the host twice prior to our stay asking if the pool is usually comfortable to swim in this time of year and if a rental car is recommended and never got a response back. Glad we decided to get the rental car. Overall was a good stay, just wish we could have used the pool more.

Gilbert rules!
I and my three adult sons had a great time in Gilbert and this lovely and immaculately clean place is just a perfect walk to dt Gilbert! This place is a win! We all highly recommend staying here and visiting Gilbert! And don’t leave without going to joes and next door grabbing some prickly pear ice cream! Yum!! ❤️❤️❤️

Spring break golf trip
Everything was great - house was very clean & had everything we needed. The back yard is lovely & where we hung out the most . The location is centrally located & worked well for us as we were golfing in different locations. Communication by owners were great.

This rental was above and beyond. Communication with the owners was a breeze. Great winter get away to get some sunshine. We enjoyed walking to downtown felt very safe just us girls walking all around. And the back yard was spectacular. Don’t hesitate book this place now. I will be back for sure

Weekend wedding getaway
This place was immaculate. Loved the open house layout and a beautiful backyard. We didn't use the pool but we sat by the fire. And downtown Gilbert was super fun and easy to walk if you are drinking. Also great communication with the owner. I had to add another couple and it was simple! Thank you again!

Fantastic location!
This home has a lovely outdoor space and the pool area is a wonderful place to relax. The indoor space is roomy and features a large master suite. Our favorite part of this property is the close proximity to the Heritage District of downtown Gilbert. It is less than a 5 minute walk to get to this vibrant area featuring fantastic restaurants with lots of dog-friendly patios. The property owners are very responsive, thoughtful, and welcoming. We look forward to returning!
