Welcome to your home away from home! This spacious three-bedroom, two-bath property is tucked away in one of the West Valley’s most peaceful and desirable neighborhoods. You’ll love the quiet location—right across the street from a lovely community park with benches and a small playground—perfect for morning coffee, evening strolls, or family playtime.
You couldn’t ask for a better location! Just minutes from championship golf courses, the famous Wigwam Resort in Litchfield Park, and all the charm of Old Litchfield Park—including dining, shopping, and of course, golf! It’s also surrounded by fantastic restaurants and conveniences like Safeway, Walgreens, and a brand new Trader Joe’s coming soon. Whether you drive (2 minutes) or walk (10 minutes), everything you need is close by.
Inside, you’ll find a warm and inviting home designed for comfort and connection. The front living room offers a quiet workspace with a desk—perfect for remote work or planning your Arizona adventures. The open family room and kitchen create the ideal space for gathering, preparing meals together, or watching the big game on the 65-inch TV.
This home comfortably sleeps six guests with three spacious bedrooms:
Primary suite: King bed and private en suite bathroom
Bedroom 2 & 3: Queen beds and a shared bathroom
Step outside to a beautiful backyard with brand-new artificial turf—a perfect place to kick a ball around, unwind in the sunshine, or simply relax under Arizona’s gorgeous blue skies.
