Loved the house! Perfect for us with grandkids. The kitchen is amazing. We prepped much of our Thanksgiving dinner and had everything we needed. Loved the pool, hot tub and citrus trees. Exactly what we wanted.

Management company is hard to work with

We were coming into town from Washington state and booked this property specifically for the hot tub and heated pool we definitely paid a premium for it. Looking back we should have just got the cheaper options because the hot tub was so dirty that they had to drain the whole thing after we got there. Every time I reached out they would send well written responses that they would get back to me right away but NEVER would get back I would always have to reach back out. The hot tub was emptied but then not filled back up until a later day which meant it would not be warm for another day. They were in no rush to get things completed. The bbq was full of greese that caused it to catch fire. Burnt all our steak:( I completely understand that things get overlooked. We own vacation rentals ourselves and it’s a lot of things to check on to prepare for guests. I just felt like this company didn’t even care they had our money and that’s all they wanted.
