Better than advertised

We walked in and were blown away by how clean and spacious the house was. Quiet neighborhood and the kids loved the pool and putting green. There was nothing we needed while staying there house was equipped with all the comforts of home.

Great experience

The house was just as described: clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The owners really put a lot of thought into everything. As they mention, they tried to provide anything you might need, seriously the only thing I couldn't find was a cooking thermometer, not a big deal at all. The backyard was well maintained, the fenced in yard was great for our dog. The kids liked the putting green, but the pool was the big hit. It’s was the perfect size, it’s only about 4 feet deep so fine for swimming, but also great for those that don’t swim well. Jonathan’s communication was impeccable right from the start, he let me know that they had a dog crate onsite so I didn’t have to travel with mine. And when the power went out on one side of the house (thanks, monsoon lighting storm), he answered the phone while at a concert to help us reset the surge protector. Now that’s great customer service! The only suggestion I would make to future renters, is check to see what day the pool guy comes. I should have done this and would have changed our schedule so that we did a day outing that day. Bottom line, highly recommend, you won’t regret it!

Wonderful House for a Fabulous Stay!!

Our group consisted of grandparents, parents and 2 boys, ages 6 and 8. The house was perfect for our stay and exceeded our expectations, by far. It is very clean, spacious, beautifully-maintained, and amply supplied with high quality products (such as soap and towels). I paid extra to have the pool and hot tub heated which was wonderful. The kids loved it (and so did the adults!)even though we were there in unseasonably cool, cloudy weather for Phoenix. I'm not sure how the neighbors felt about the screams of delight and joy but we never heard complaints. All appliances were in good working order and got plenty of use. Jonathon was "johnny-on-the-spot" when we had a few questions--I mean, he responded within a minute after I texted him! We could not have been happier with the house and the location and will definitely try to book it again for our next family get-together. Truly, you cannot go wrong with the Turquoise House!

Best Time Ever!

Look no further for a great stay! My family and I truly enjoyed our stay here. The listing didn’t disappoint, everything we could have possibly needed was available. The property was very clean and showed how much detail and attention went into planning for guests. Thanks Johnathan for being such a conscientious host. Can’t wait for us to return very soon.

Lovely home rental

I rented this home for a recent trip to Scottsdale and can not say enough great things about it. The home has an open floor plan and is very spacious. The backyard is perfect for lounging and hanging out by the pool. Located near great shopping and restaurant options. The host was very nice, accommodating and easy to reach with any questions. Will definitely book again in the future.

Girl’s Weekend!

The 6 of us girlfriends had an amazing weekend at this house! Every little detail was taken care of, from pool towels, to cards, to books and beyond! The kitchen was fully stocked with every imaginable appliance. Large pool deck with plenty of room for 6 chaise loungers. Full sun morning and afternoon but several umbrellas for those that like the shade. Quiet neighborhood but close to shops and restaurants. Kids toys and pool toys on site. Stocked with Keurig coffee and creamers, laundry detergent and dryer sheets, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. Ready to go! Highly recommend and in fact, we are already planning our girls trip for next year and will stay at the same house!

Wonderful getaway for family!

First of all, no crickets. High speed WiFi for zoom schooling and online work with clients was totally reliable. This was a terrific place to stay for our working / schooling vacation. House was spotless and well-appointed. Pool and back yard were perfect for our family including our kids and small dog. Jonathan was only a text away whenever we needed anything. At one point I asked if there were any coasters to put drinks on and later that day they arrived from Amazon! Neighborhood was quiet and close to Costco. Ordered in Door Dash and made a week of relaxing in this safe, welcoming vacation home. Highly recommend.

Scottsdale getaway

We arrived to the house late at night. When we walked in we were welcomed by a group of crickets. We spent our first hour finding and killing crickets. Even though it was late on a Sunday night I was able to get a hold of Johnathan. He sent the pest control in the morning. The crickets slowly subsided over next couple days. This was a very uncomfortable situation to begin with. However, it was addressed and got better. Besides this, our experience was good. We enjoyed the neighborhood and the pool very much. The property was well equipped with many bells and whistles.

One of the Best!

We loved our stay at the Turquoise House! The home was nicely updated, welcoming, and clean. The amenities were endless and good quality. We also loved the pool! Jonathan was quick to respond to messages and was accommodating. We will definitely keep this place in mind next time we are looking for a home away from home!

Nice, Clean & everything u needed to enjoy ur stay

It was an excellent home, gleaming clean, stocked with all supplies necessary to enjoy the outdoor pool and spa. Pool being heated was my favorite part of the place (bc It was just too cool out had it not have been ~to swim ) nice property overall.

Beautifully decorated, well appointed, responsive hosts!

This home had everything we needed in a vacation home: pool, BBQ, well appointed kitchen, custom Turquoise house bath products, plenty of towels, pillows, and comfortable bedding. The property owner was responsive in our request to stay and had great suggestions on nearby attractions. There are two public parks within walking distance of the house which were great for my kids to run around. I highly recommend this home!

Great House! Awesome Location!

Beautiful home, great location. Jonathan was amazing. Very helpful, easy to talk to. The home is set up with EVERYTHING you will need. The set up is nice with master on one side of the home and the other two bedrooms on the other side of the home. The pool is great. One suggestion, a water basketball hoop would be awesome! And maybe a hot tub too. I know Jon said this was next. :) there are plenty of towels in the entire home, big TVs in every room, and the beds were nice. The putting green is fantastic and perfect for all the golfers in our family. Thanks again Jon for sharing your great property!!

Amazing!!

I stayed here with my husband and our dog. The house was beautiful, pristine, better than the photos. Everything seemed completely brand new. The house was completely stocked with anything you could need! The outdoor area was perfect for relaxing by the pool and is completely gated in for our dog. Definitely recommend!
