- This townhome has two bedroom and two master bathrooms with large office. Gainey Ranch Clubhouse access. If you need to have an office at home this unit allows you to have that area where you can get away. Remodeled kitchen and bathrooms make it very comfortable. Two-car garage and two decks overlooking small lake with two fountains. Golf club is five minutes away. Few miles away to the baseball park, Old Scottsdale and Fashion Mall. Gorgeous and peaceful.
The unit was a beautiful and spacious. Sitting on the deck listening to the fountains was wonderful. Watching the ducks swim right off the deck was nice. The unit had a nice size office that really helped. Will be staying there again. Five months was perfect.

Golf in Summer
A great property for our summer golf trip. The area is very quiet and the apartment all we could ask for. The bedrooms are spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. It was a very enjoyable stay.

Great condo and location
This property is an outstanding value!! Condo is well equipped, designed and in a great gated community. Walking distance to the Hyatt Gainey Ranch resort and several nice restaurants. Pool for condo is beautiful. Highly recommend this place!!

Best VBRO on the Planet
Glen's place is the BEST ..hands down. We have been on the road on and off since 2019. Glen at the Gainey Ranch has everything you need in the kitchen..the beds and bedding are 5 Star, the patios are so "Calming"..you hear waterfalls like you are in Hawaii.
We have had the "Best" time here in Scottsdale. My husband is OCD and he loves how clean, close to all the hot spots and more importantly how "Warm and Welcoming" the Security staff at "The Pavillions" are. Glen at Gainey deserves a 5 Star!!!!!

Beautiful Property
Besides having two master bedrooms and two master baths, it had a large office to do all my work. Two decks overlooking the lagoon with two 30 foot fountains. It was nice to see ducks flying in and out. Very peaceful and private. Loved the white noise from the fountain and waterfall.
