Beautiful property

The property and amenities were amazing! Everything we needed was provided. Past guests had left a cabinet full of spices, coffee, sugar, food and so much more!The home was well appointed and up to date on all technology. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place!

Plenty of Space

We were in town for a family wedding. We stayed with our whole family and overall had a great time. The house is very spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out comfortably. The pool and hot tub were definitely highlights—perfect for relaxing and spending time together. The location is also a big plus: close to grocery stores and lots of restaurants, which made things really convenient.The house was clean and felt welcoming when we arrived. However, there were a few maintenance issues that could use attention.We had a memorable stay and appreciated the space and amenities the home offered.

Perfect getaway

We were in town for a high school tournament. A group of parents stayed at this house in Mesa. It was the perfect location! About twenty minutes from Bell Bank Park and within five minutes of groceries and great local restaurants. Usery Park is practically in the backyard and beautiful! Be sure to check for events in the park, we went on a full moon high and a fantastic morning hike. Communication was excellent before and during our stay. We’re planning to return to AZ for a longer trip and will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay with family!

Our previous host cancelled on us two days before we were supposed to arrive. We found this beautiful home last minute and the host was very responsive! What a fantastic time our family had in your home. Everything was so nice and clean. We had everything we needed to accommodate our needs. The pool was fantastic, the water was warm and the putting green for our family of golfers was a big hit! We really enjoyed the location as it was close to everything. If I had to give a negative comment for anything, it would be to remove the pool table to a different location to allow a bigger sitting area in the living room for everyone to gather around, especially since the home allow for 18 people. We had 11 and we made it work. Thank you so much!

Wonderful Oasis

Our group had such a wonderful stay at the Mesa LUX. A group of 8 men who were here to participate in the MSBL World Series over 50 baseball tournament. The house fit all of us comfortably. The backyard pool and hot tub were such a welcome feature to sooth our weary bones after games each day. The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils we needed to make our dinners each evening, along with the grills in the backyard. The casitas was a great spot for one of the guys to have as his own house and all the other bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious enough that we did not feel as if we were overcrowded. Mountain bikes were great to have for a few of us to enjoy an early sunrise ride and after we were done with the baseball tournament, having the poker table was great for us to enjoy our own poker tournament one afternoon. Property management team was wonderful in communication throughout the whole process of checking in and out. Location of house was perfect. Plenty of things to do within a 1/2 hour. Great house and thank you for your hospitality.

Well stocked vacation home

This is a nice, well stocked vacation home. Lots of room if you have a large group. Beds are firm, which I don't mind, but some people may not prefer. Ceiling fans are a little loud, so some of our group switched rooms. Kitchen has everything you could need, but the casita did not have much, so a lot of things needed to be borrowed from the main kitchen. We only had two issues while we were there for 8 nights. One was not having the garbage bins brought back from the main road when they were supposed to be. One call to the management office and they were returned within a few hours. The second was the pool not being serviced properly. The pool cleaner came but basically did nothing. Did not refill the chlorine tablets that were empty or put any chemicals in the pool, so we had to call the management company and they sent someone out and the pool had to be shocked based on algae accumulating. Had it been done properly the first time, we could've avoided that issue. Keep in mind that this property is located in the back of a private road. If you're having anything delivered (food, groceries, etc) or Uber/Lyft services, almost everyone had a difficult time finding the house. Other than the private road, it's extremely close to the freeway and restaurants and other shopping. It's also less than 30 minutes from the airport, so the location in general is great. You also have control over the thermostat, which is nice since some places restrict how low/high you can set the temps.

Our stay was wonderful. The facility was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Very spacious. Quiet neighborhood with lots of wildlife to see. Lots of great books and games for entertainment. I would highly recommend this site to family and friends. Actually, I already have.

Excellent thanksgiving gathering

My family and I booked this property as we have family in the area and wanted to gather for the thanksgiving holiday. From check in to departure, it was a wonderful experience. The house is beautiful, and the outdoor entertaining area was wonderful for lounging as well as pool activities. Highly recommend!

Desert getaway

This property was perfect for a family group of 10. The outside patio/pool are was great. Spent most of the trip in the pool. We had a small issue with the spa, but they took care of it quickly. Would definitely stay here again.
