Great location and house!

We had a party of 6 stay for 3 nights to attend a wedding in the area. The house was clean, updated, and very comfortable. We love the extra touches throughout the house, and spend a lot of time in the lovely pool. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful home!

This place has everything you need and more. There’s ample privacy for extended family or friends to stay together. I loved the security feature on the back door so I never had to stress about my toddler finding their way to the pool unsupervised.

Great floor plan for family vacation

Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Mesa. The layout of the home provided some distance as parents from the kids, but also worked great for playing cards, watching movies and enjoying meals together. The pool was perfect day and night! The beds were comfy and location worked well for our travel needs. However, some drawbacks were multiple lightbulbs burnt out, a broken chaise lounge chair limiting it to only one lounger by the pool, a dishwasher that didn’t work.

Cozy and elegant stay

Loved this home - my family has been travelling south for a few years now exploring AZ one Christmas at a time, and this house was absolutely perfect for us. Lots of room for privacy should you need to work or recharge - the island counter is a great hub for the house and we had several evenings chatting around it. Outside was clean and refreshing, the entire house was well cared for and our stay was amazing. Will definitely be back here when and if possible! Appreciate the opportunity to stay at this stellar home!

Great house and amazing property managers

We enjoyed staying at Mesa Merino and appreciate its amenities. The house is perfect for our family as the layout is great with the two “wings”. There is no dice in the house but the dining room makes a good substitute, especially since it is out of sight from the other rooms. The kitchen is also very good (although could be stocked a bit better the the owners are working on that). The best feature of all is the pool. It's large size and side ledges make it extra enjoyable. There were a few minor (very minor) challenges we had but that's expected with any house. The property managers were always there to quickly deal with the matters that arose making our stay just wonderful.

X-Country Weekend

Property was beautiful, had some trouble with the WiFi and the TV’s but we were out most of the time so it didn’t impact us too much. Title on the property was a bit deceiving stating heated pool but had to pay extra for the heat and found out after we had already booked. However, everything else was great the communication was good and again it was a very lovely and beautiful home. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Good house/great property managers

This is the second time we have stayed in this house. It is a good house and meets our needs. The pluses are the pool (big), size and layout of the house (one side with master bedroom and other side with the extra rooms) and location (easy to get to other places. The minuses are the location (just off a very busy street) and the outdoor furniture (very worn and the outdoor table only seats four). This year we encountered quite a few issues with the house itself however the property manager did their best to take care of things. They are very responsive and easy to work with. Overall, we like the house a lot.

We had an amazing stay at this property, it was absolutely perfect for our family. Cleanliness is a top priority for me, and this place exceeded expectations—it was spotless. The kids loved the selection of games and puzzles, which kept them entertained throughout our visit. The backyard was stunning, and the pool was crystal clear and well-maintained. Although the air conditioning wasn’t working when we first arrived, the hosts responded immediately and had it up and running in no time. Their quick action really made the stay enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Arizona Sunshine

Our goal was to relax and enjoy the Arizona sunshine. Mission accomplished with this beautiful vacation home. The owners communication was great. The home was spacious and very clean. The only small issue was the closeness to a busy road, but honestly after a day we didn't even notice the traffic noise. The pool was a dream, but wished we had two more lounge chairs.
