Beautiful Resort Property

This house is an awesome place to stay for friends and family! The location is convenient to restaurants and stores but like an exclusive private resort while on property. The property manager, Kimberlee, was very responsive and great to work with. I would highly recommend a stay here!

Perfect Resort for Family Gathering

The property listing was as advertised and more. The prooerty had something for everyone and you did not need to leave. The inside was immaculate and spacious. The outside had plenty of activities for family friendly competitions. Very close to any type of store or restaurants. Would highly recommend and hope to go back.

5 star stay!

This property was amazing for our group of 4 families with ages ranging from 1-60’s! There was plenty to do for everyone and we never felt like we were on top of each other. The space indoors accommodated for early risers and late risers without worrying that one would disturb the ones who slept later. The outdoor space was amazing and well utilized by our group. The whole property was very clean. We would 100% stay here again. We all raved about the place all week and none of us were ready to go home!

Great vacation home for our whole group!

We had so much fun at this property! It was equipped with everything we needed and more! Having a fridge inside and outside was very helpful, as we had a big group and lots of food and drinks to store. It was so much fun playing pickleball, volleyball, basketball, and mini golf with our friends and family! The kids loved playing in the pool, and I appreciated how much shade was available so we could enjoy the weather without getting sunburned. The kitchen was well-stocked, we had everything we needed for making our meals. The beds were very comfortable, and many of the bedrooms had private bathrooms attached. Had a wonderful stay and can't wait to come back again sometime soon!

2nd great stay

If you are looking for a great place that you never have to leave to entertain everyone, this is the place. We had children from all ages and all were entertained for a week. There is everything you need for all ages. Although it as an extra charge (as was expected) the pool was wonderfully heated for this cooler time of year and everyone enjoyed it. Very clean and well kept. Quite neighborhood that feels safe and is both away and close to the city. Perfect place to make family memories. The host is easy to reach. Thank you for another great stay. (my only recommendation is better pans for such large crowds) but we made it work!

Gorgeous home with tons to do!

Overall, I was so impressed by this property! We had friends and family with us, it was really nice to have so many bedrooms with private restrooms for the couples - and the attached casita was perfect for our friends with young kids. We all greatly enjoyed the hot tub and the mini golf course - that was so fun! The kitchen was well stocked for making meals, we enjoyed eating at Casa Blanca as well since it was nearby and the Mexican food was excellent. It was nice that there were several TV's, the kids oftentimes had their own show on while a sports game played in the other room. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we had plenty of linens and pillows. Our favorite activity was enjoying the beautiful Arizona winter weather hiking at South Mountain. The kids' favorite seemed to be the Crayola Experience at Chandler Mall. Kimberlie, the property manager, was a great communicator and we appreciated all the information she provided ahead of time. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and can't wait to come back next year!

Truly an Epic resort

This was truly the best VRBO experience and property I’ve ever had! Kimberlie was an absolute pleasure to work with—kind, responsive, and clear in all communication. Every question I had was answered promptly, check-in was seamless, and checkout was just as easy and well-explained.The property itself is nothing short of incredible. My family traveled to Arizona to celebrate my 40th birthday, and with kids of all ages, there was never a dull moment—we didn’t even need to leave the property! Everyone loved the heated pool, jacuzzi, mini golf, pool table, ping pong, basketball, and, for the first time, we learned pickleball, which became an instant favorite! The court was constantly in use all weekend.With 22 of us staying together, the spacious layout provided plenty of privacy, and we never once felt crowded. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook all our meals, making our stay even more convenient.The location was also ideal—close to a grocery store, a Catholic church, Costco, and other handy spots. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I can’t thank Kimberlie enough. Without a doubt, we would book this property again. My family from North Dakota absolutely loved soaking up the Arizona sun, and everyone agreed this was their favorite vacation ever—endless fun in the sun!

The Perfect Getaway

Wow. This getaway was AMAZING. You know you’ve hit a vacation rental jackpot when you don’t feel the need to leave the house! We enjoyed the entire weekend with activities built in right on-site! There are so many things I could list out, but here are my top favorite parts of this house: 1) There is so much space! No one likes feeling scrunched, and this house offers ample space with private bathrooms to accompany most of the rooms. You can eat a family-style dinner inside or out, with plenty of space in the dining room or out on the patio. (And the patio is covered, so we even enjoyed meals while it was drizzling outside.) 2) The backyard offers swimming, hot tubbing, pickleball, basketball, mini golf, pool, ping pong, fire pit, another fire pit, TV entertainment space, and on top of that…a large grassy area. The entertainment is endless! Hence, we played all weekend without even leaving the house. I highly recommend this vacation rental. I also experienced excellent communication from the host. Don’t miss out on booking this place!

The Epic Resort is amazing. The host is an excellent communicator and the property is beautiful inside and out. It’s well kept and clean. The house is spacious, as is the outside. The kitchen is very well equipped. Two washers and two dryers came in handy for our group of adults and children. We would come back!

This was our first visit to the Epic Resort but we have stayed at one of their sister properties. We stayed here while at a soccer showcase with three other families. It was about 30 min away from Arizona Athletic Grounds where all our games were. The backyard is amazing! So much stuff to keep our teenage boys off their devices and having fun! We paid extra for the pool heat and so glad we did! The pool temp was perfect b/c the air temp was only in the 60s during our stay. The house had everything we needed. No travel size shampoo/conditioner/body wash which is no big deal but some in our party were not prepared for that but easy enough to stop by the store. Host was always quick to respond and super helpful. House was nice and clean. I would definitely recommend staying here. We had a great time!

This home was awesome as we enjoyed every single minute, plus three lol!!! We almost never left and only went for more groceries as we swam, play billiards, ping-pong, bball, corn-hole, grilled, play pool volleyball, used the bar inside and out, and overall had a blast. Even had a few friends and family over that moved to Phoenix prior to ur stay and they loved it as well! Thanks for the hospitality and all the amenities provided as this was more than a memorable stay! It was an experience!

This home is an oasis! Beautiful curb appeal, landscaping and the backyard is phenomenal! The interior of the home is spectacular and well laid out. We have a large family and we all had our own space. The kitchen is fabulous and we were able to make several large meals. Placement for beverages in the indoor bar fridge and full fridge on patio worked out so well. The grandkids spent hours in the pool, playing mini golf, ping pong and soccer.All the bedrooms are spacious, wonderful bedding and extremely comfortable. Bathrooms are all spa like with luxurious towels.Well equipped laundry room with large washers for the beach towels. Anything you need is in this home. The family did not want to leave! Family and Friends summer getaway

My family, along with two other , had an unforgettable week at The Epic Resort. With 18 of us—8 adults and 10 kids ranging from 8 to 48 years old—this VRBO property delivered a fantastic experience that kept everyone entertained and comfortable.The highlight was the massive backyard, truly living up to its “1 acre of fun” name. The kids went wild for the resort-style pool with its rain curtain and zero entry step, perfect for both splashing around and lounging. The older kids and adults loved the pickleball and basketball courts, sparking friendly competitions that lasted well into the evening. The covered patio was ideal for our group’s nightly gatherings, where we grilled, shared stories, and enjoyed the Arizona sunset. The lush backyard added a charming touch, making it feel like a private oasis.The house itself was spacious and well-equipped for our large group. With multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The open floor plan made it easy for us to hang out together, whether cooking in the kitchen or relaxing in the living area. The Wi-Fi was fast enough to keep the teens happy when they wanted to stream or game. The proximity to downtown Chandler was a bonus—we made quick trips to local restaurants, grocery stores, and bars.For a group as big and diverse as ours, this place was a hit.
