Close to everything!

The home was great. Clean, close to airport and other areas of attraction. There was coffee, coffee flavoring, and creamer that I was able to have an iced coffee everyday! The beds were comfy and the place was clean. We loved our vacation and was nice to have a home to end our days! Thank you!

Needed a place to stay for a few days for our granddaughter’s appointment at the phoenix children’s hospital. Amenities were great here, very clean and cozy will definitely stay again

Nice House

The house was very nice inside. There were a few problems, but the owner was very attentive and tried to fix them. We struggled with the noise though. The neighbors were playing loud music late into the night

Clean little house

The house was very clean with plenty of towels and bedding but no washer/dryer. The parking is very small for two vehicles (front house and back house).

super recommend this place.

This place is super clean and in the middle of everywhere. Also, the 'game' section of the house is such a nice touch. My kids was on that section for a good 30mins. Aaron was also super quick to respond. Only con i can think of is you have to be mindfull of the parking since there's a possible another tenant. But everything else is awesome.

My husband and two adult children stayed here for two nights and we were very pleased with the accommodations. Aaron’s place was very clean, modern, and comfortable. He provided coffee, tea, creamer, nice soap/ shampoo, tissue, feminine products, and phone/device chargers in every room. The beds were comfortable and the linens were nice quality. I’ve stayed at many vacation rentals, and Aaron’s had the most amenities by far. Communication and check-in were easy. We had a rental car, so didn’t explore the neighborhood very much, but it was convenient to the airport and there was a grocery store nearby. Don’t hesitate to stay here.

It worked

It's in an up and coming neighborhood so the surrounding houses are little less nice and there isn't really a ton to do in the area. Doesn't feel unsafe though! It's really close to airport but a little far from Old Town Scottsdale or Tempe. Expect $30-$70 Ubers or Lyfts if you are trying to go out. The inside of the house was nice though and worked well for our group!

Absolutely Amazing

I would HIGHLY recommend booking this property! The host had every possible item that you would expect to get from a hotel and more. The house was spotless and the beds felt heavenly. I wish we stayed even longer!

Wonderful stay in PHX

Aaron has thought of every, little detail to make this a comfortable and relaxing stay! The property is in a quiet, residential area but is close to anything you’d want to drive to; grocery store, restaurants, bars, Old Town Scottsdale, Sky Harbor. The house is smartly decorated and has everything you’d need, seriously, he even has phone chargers in every room. I was especially happy to find an assortment of teas along with the coffee. Most people leave us tea drinkers out, so I really appreciated that thoughtful touch. We had a ton of fun throwing darts in the games hallway and then slept in beds that felt like clouds. Thanks Aaron, next time we are in Phoenix we hope to stay at your place again!
