Our stay was very nice. The unit was clean and well stocked. We appreciated the laundry supplies that were provided. My only complaint was the quantity of bathroom hand towels and wash cloths. The pool area was very nice and was the reason we picked this complex.

Clean and nicely renovated unit, very spacious for the two of us, all common kitchen appliances included (we cooked most nights), the pool was never crowded, excellent location across from Sprouts (grocery store) and a Starbucks, within walking distance to the fashion district / old town / chaparral park. Great location. Very walkable. Sprouts right across the street and if you like Starbucks just block away. Loved the pool! Stayed for 3 weeks. Well equipped kitchen. The only suggestion I have there is the knives could be sharpened. Very generous with toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags and soap for dish washer. I highly recommend

Short Golf and Bourbon Tasting Trip

Really enjoyed my stay at Maya Condo location. Close to everything I needed or wanted to visit. Unit was as described, everything I needed was available. Pool areas was nice and people were welcoming and enjoyable to talk with. Parking was really convenient to unit and Starbuck and Shopping across the street. Will look to stay here again when back in Old Scottsdale! Highly recommend visiting Porters Western Saloon in Old Scottsdale, great drinks made to perfection. Ask for owner Grey.

I want to say I loved this place. It had all the amenities and incredibly clean. However, it was quite cold (freeze warnings) and the apartment is north facing—so never got direct sunlight. We were unable to turn the heat up and ended up wearing our parkas(from Colorado. ). Coffee pot Broke and owners were quick to respond. We appreciate that. Great for a sunshine getaway!

We very much enjoyed our stay! The unit was clean and had everything we needed for a week-long stay in the sunshine. The decor is minimalistic but stylish and makes the unit feel even larger than it is. Little things were not overlooked like plenty of hangers in the closet and even robes for use. Laundry was just about 3 doors down and looked to be nice even though we didn't need to use it. Uber & Lyft were a short $5-$7 ride from town although we often just walked. Safe neighborhood for walking and really close to a Circle K and Frys for all your grocery needs. One thing I would point out for future guests of the overall complex, and this has no reflection on the individual unit - the pool was busier than I expected, and could be hard to find a spot in the sunshine if that is what you are coming for - get out there early and you should be fine. Overall we would not hesitate to come back again!

Great location and quiet!

We had a great stay at this property! The room was very clean and AC worked great. The location was phenomenal, easily walkable to old town and the few grocery stores nearby. The host was very quick to reply and accommodate our check in alteration. Check in was also extremely easy and simple. The pool was incredible. It was never busy and a very relaxed atmosphere. Was never an issue getting a sun bed, no matter what time we went. There was always areas both in the shade and sun so it worked out for everyone’s needs. Only feedback for the unit would be to include more towels. We only had two pool towels which wasn’t enough for our stay, since we didn’t want to do laundry. This is more of feedback for the condo, but later hot tub hours would be great. We found that it was too hot to use during the day and we would have loved to utilize the hot tub later in the night, although I understand it’s probably just to limit noise late at night. The additional amenities of the gym and billiards table was great too. Would definitely stay there again. I even recommended it to my brother who will be visiting in a few weeks.
