My husband and I rented the Olive home from December 31st thru Feb 20th. We loved it so much we already rented it for the even longer next winter!Excellent home for anyone looking for a 5 star rental. The home was top notch! Excellent location, quiet neighborhood, walking distance to Ocotillo Golf Course. (Beautiful golf course!)The home itself was so accommodating! With ever comfort a home can offer. We absolutely loved the back yard. Great pool (heating is expensive, but the 5 days we paid for it, WE LOVED IT). Even without heating the pool, we loved sitting by it, and enjoying the backyard. We had fun playing corn hole in the side yard and using the putting green a few times per day!.We also want to give a shout out to hosts Ryan and Ashley! Top tier! Best hosts of any VRBO where we have stayed. With any long term rental you will have small issues pop up. Ashley was on top of every request or small concern we ran into. When we would text her, (day or night), she would respond within seconds. The issue was resolved instantly. Thank you both!This house is a GEM!

Falsely accused of damage to property

Falsely accused us of doing damage to the property. There was a hole in the tub. We were in town for a convention and basically only slept there. Only showers were used 1x. We pointed this out and were ignored.

Enjoyed our Stay!

We had a great week here! Besides for the master bedroom carpet needing cleaning, this was home was very clean. We had an issue with the front door locking, but we notified the host and we indicated that they could take care of it after we left. We chose not to heat the pool because of the extra expense. We would stay here again!

Charming, but dated property

Overall the property was clean and organized, however there were a number of large carpet stains. Having stayed in a number of VRBO's over the years, this property felt a bit tired and weathered. I was also very surprised that we were asked to clear the refrigerator, strip linens and start the wash as part of the departure protocols despite paying a $215 cleaning fee. Management was very easy to communicate with and responded to messages quickly.

Perfect for a family

We really loved this house, it was perfect for a family with toddlers and a baby with grandpa tagging along :) It has everything you need. We did have an issue with the washer working and the property manager was super responsive and apologetic. It was no problem, I was just impressed with how responsive they were to this issue. The pool is perfect and the backyard is cute. Plenty of games and lounging areas too.

Great Pool

We spent many hours by the pool enjoying the ambiance of the outdoor lounge area. Kitchen was well stocked and the outdoor grill worked great. The host was very accommodating and responsive. We would definitely stay there again.

Great for family gathering

This property was wonderful in many ways. It was spacious and well laid out. It was perfect for my husband and I to share with son, daughter in law and our granddaughter’s. Backyard summer dream

We rented this house so that our 2 younger grandkids could have a pool all to themselves. Although hot, which is to be expected in our very warm state. It was a hit with them and us. House was very clean and just as described.
