The house was nice. Pool and spa are were great. Beds were comfortable. The indoor furniture was not. Spend some money and get some real furniture. After spending 10 grand for the week the still charged me 80
This house was perfect for our needs. Very clean, kitchen well stocked with cooking essentials, and a quiet neighborhood.
I saw at least one review mention difficulty getting the hot tub to work. There were clear directions provided (requires pressing 3 or 4 buttons) and experienced no issues during our visit (we used the hot tub virtually every day).
Overall, we would recommend.
This property was beautiful! The views are incredible from inside and outside of the home. It has many high-end finishings that make the property feel very luxurious. The neighborhood was very peaceful and seemed safe. The property is well maintained. Full kitchen! The outdoor space is wonderful with seating, umbrellas, pool, floaties, hot tub, fireplaces, and outdoor kitchen. Lacks nothing. It's a little bit of a drive from the airport, but we would definitely stay here again.
Beautiful property just off the beaten path. Not too far from shopping, restaurants, and other necessities. The decor is updated and tasteful, plenty of room in the kitchen to cook and eat with family. The pool and hot tub are gorgeous overlooking the mountains. We were able to see some wildlife such as deer and an array of birds while we were there with the abundant window display in the back of the house. The beds were comfortable and plenty of comfy blankets on those chilly nights. Great size for a family of four but could easily accommodate more. Would definitely come back!

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in
Disliked: Location
Decent house & location, but a little disappointing
Our flight arrived around 9pm so we didn’t get to the house until after 10pm and the area/home was pitch dark and only gas station open for essentials. Would have been nice to have a few waters or welcome package for guests or outdoor lights on. Home was clean with beautiful views. Small town nearby with coffee shops and restaurants with about a 30 min drive to Scottsdale Golf in the area is very expensive and difficult to get onto good courses Thursday through-Sunday They also charge surcharges for guests Overall, beautiful area… we would return but may not stay in the same area or maybe find a hotel or resort
My family had the best time staying here! The property was better than the pictures. Everything we needed was onsite and it was very clean when we arrived. My kids have already been asking to go back!
Place was gorgeous, and amenities were first class everywhere you turned!Thought it was a little weird that heating the pool was an additional expense (sort of felt like providing beds but the sheets would be extra) and that instead of giving us access to the controls for the spa that we had to contact the property manager. Felt like we were asking our parents for permission :)Other than that the place was truly spectacular. Would highly recommend it to anyone who is considering a stay in the area, and may even come back with a smaller group of friends in the future!
This property is amazing. The layout of the house, and views are stunning. Quick trips to Troon and Grayhawk golf courses. The host was great to work with and quick to answer any questions we had. I would highly recommend this house to anyone who wants to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Definitely a 10 out of 10.
Went to Arizona for my bday had such a good time the house was AMAZING I LOOK FORWARD TO COMING BACK AND STAYING IN THE HOUSE AGAIN EVERYTHING WENT WELL FROM CHECK ON TO CHECK OUT LOVE LOVE LOVED THE HOUSE
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful house in North Scottsdale. The Arizona desert views are truly spectacular, and the backyard ambiance and private pool are the icing on the cake. The house is modern, updated, clean, and spacious. The management company is very accommodating and communicates well. I would highly recommend for a golf trip to Scottsdale, or any family looking to spend some leisure time in Arizona.
We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. The pool is amazing, and the house was extremely well kept.
Though it's by no means worthy of a point deduction, if you are interested in spending time in say Old town or similar areas, this is a bit of a hike, like prob 30-40 min drive. Its an easy and beautiful drive, but just a heads up. Again, absolutely nothing to complain about, just sharing something we didn't quite realize.
Loved it, and would stay there again.
Overall this was a nice property. This house is newley remodeled and is very nice. There were 2 issues with the house.
1. Out of the 9 days we were there we could only use the hot tub once. I called Porter management and heard a variety of excuses. Was even told I would have to call daily to have the hot tub turned on which I did and they only got it right once.
2. The listing represents that there are 5 golf courses within minutes of the house which technically there are however they are private and unavailable to play without a member. I would either remove that or the management company needs to work day pass or member for the day passes for guest.
