Family Spring Break

Beyond Expectations

The property is beautiful! It is obvious that the owners put a lot of effort and detail planning with comfort in mind for their guests. We were a group of 11 ranging in age from 14 -73 and there were enough things to entertain us. Amenities were more than enough. I would use this place again if an event pulls as back to Phoenix.

Painted Sky was amazing

Thanks Chuck and Celia - Our family enjoyed the house which was in immaculate condition. Felt like home away from home. All of them who are visiting from out of town were pleasantly surprised with the 5-star condition, cleanliness and upkeep of the rental. Perfect for work travel

This house is the perfect set up for work travel with colleagues - it is large and clean and has great group spaces and individual bedrooms and bathrooms. I wouldn’t recommend for families with children or large groups of friends due to the noise and visitor restrictions that are monitored in real time.

Baseball under Painted Sky

Beautiful home & excellent location for an adult 45+ baseball team based out of Des Moines, IA. Easy access to all facilities from the area. The home itself was immaculate & perfect for our crew. The hot tub & pool were necessary for older guys & it was a huge plus that it was included. We utilized the grill & kitchen for most meals. Everything we needed was provided. Highly recommend this property as the owner was always quick to respond.

Peaceful Comfort Near Wild Horse Pass – A Perfect Home Base!

We had a fantastic stay at this home while attending a conference at the Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass. The location couldn’t have been better—it allowed us to completely avoid the stress of rush hour interstate traffic, which made our daily commute quick and easy.The house itself was spotless, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable. In our opinion, the beds hit the sweet spot for many sleepers—offering that ideal balance of softness and support that’s hard to find. Everyone slept great!We also made time to explore the area and really enjoyed visiting the cactus botanical garden—it was a beautiful and relaxing experience.For the foodies reading this, we highly recommend checking out Rosso Italian, Mariscos Playa Hermosa, and Pizzeria Bianco—each one was a standout in its own right and added something special to our trip.This home was the perfect retreat after busy days. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.Check-in was smooth, and the host provided clear communication throughout our stay. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free getaway!

A fantastic getaway for three couples

We stayed at Painted Sky with two other couples for a few days of rest and relaxation. Just prior to arriving at the house, I received a call from Chuck, the owner of the home. There had been a mixup with the scheduled cleaning of the house, so the house had not been cleaned following the departure of the previous renters earlier that day. Chuck was apologetic and bought us all dinner that night to make it right while a team of cleaners scrubbed the house from top to bottom. I appreciated the transparency and responsiveness in all of my communication with Chuck. The house is fantastic! Each couple had a king bed and their own bathroom. Plenty of space. The pool was amazing and heated to 87 when we arrived. The kitchen had everything you could think of and the home was very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Painted Sky and highly recommend the property.

Fantastic Family Getaway

We had a wonderful week in Phoenix at Painted Sky. The property was perfect for our 3 generation vacation. Our family enjoyed the numerous entertainment areas and the pool and hot tub were used from morning till night. The kitchen was beautiful and so well equipped for the great meals we prepared. It had everything you’d need, from cookware to blender to air fryer! We enjoyed being able to gather around the large tables, both inside and out. The bedrooms were large, all with king sized beds and the linens were top rate. Our grandkids enjoyed their own 4 bed room! Painted sky is a beautiful, clean property in a quiet safe neighborhood, close to all conveniences. I would recommend this property to everyone and hopefully we will return some day.

Painted Sky’s house & our time there.

We got there on a Wednesday evening from our long road trip to be here for a youth basketball tournament. We had only seen pictures of the property but we were all excited to see that it was everything we saw and more. It was just like the pictures and seeing all the extra amenities made everything so much better. This was a first for us as a family staying at a rented property like this because we’re used to staying in hotels. What I loved about the rooms was the attention to details for each room. Each room had a unique color scheme and made it easier for our kids to keep things organized. They also had provided a Pack & Play that was there for use and that allowed my baby to play in a safe space as a curious infant who just learned to crawl. I also loved how neutral the colors were that our girls made no complaints about which surprised us. The room where our girls stayed in, they loved it. They were happy they all got to sleep in the same area but it also felt they could also enjoy their own space. Girls felt so comfortable, they loved the living room pool and games. Im really expressing our girls POV because our girls looked forward going home during our stay after their games. We too, also enjoyed staying here. Beds and the blankets were so comfortable, so much so that I want something similar for my own home. Everything about this place was amazing and we were all sad to go. It really felt like it was like home. Everything about that home was amazing! Thank you!

Nice sunshine retreat

This property was well appointed and clean. Pool and patio area had nice lighting. Hot tub was very hot. Kitchen is very large and lots of barware and appliances. We had 4 adults that each had their own space, although the property can accommodate many more. All rooms had fans/lighting with remote controls. A minor drawback was the freeway noise and activity in the grade school playground in view from the pool. This was not particularly bothersome, just brief background noise. Otherwise the neighborhood was quiet, except for barking neighbor dog. The owner and nearby property manager were very responsive when I asked for remote access to garage and ran out of propane for the grill. I would consider staying here again.
