Great location

We picked this location as our home base to see family in the Phoenix area. We were able to easily drive to several locations including the Music Instrument Museum and catch a touring Broadway show at ASU. Enjoyed the stay.

Newly remodeled, clean, comfortable home!

Nice big kitchen and primary bedroom, tastefully remodeled, comfortable beds, huge TV! The only negative is that my big truck didn’t fit in the garage so I had to park at an angle in the driveway so it didn’t hang out on the sidewalk

The house was nice and clean. The backyard and pool were very unkept and something to be desired. Lots of bugs in the backyard. The freeway is literally in your backyard. Nice house but the location and the backyard were very disappointing.

Good for our purposes

House was clean with exception of very, hairy sofas covered in white animal hair, affected allergies significantly. Lots of road noise from freeway. Other than that it was a great stay.

Phoenix stay

This property was nice. We did find that the floors were not as clean as they appeared to be. There were also no washcloths for the bath or kitchen which I would recommend being purchased for future guests. Also, I don't recommend buying one ply toilet paper for the bathrooms. Overall, though, my group enjoyed our stay.
