Excellent in all regards

Troon Loft was quiet, spacious, beautifully appointed, clean and had every amenity we desired. We saw the sun rise through the kitchen window and enjoyed the hot tub in the evening. We’d love to stay here again!

Loft Views

The Loft matched the description, was clean and spacious, and had great views for sunrise/sunset. It was a nice placed for my husband and I to stay with our 5 month old, especially being within close proximity to Pinnacle Peak and less than a 2 hour drive to Sedona for hiking.

The loft at Parsons Villas was perfect location for a long weekend in Scottsdale. Convenient to shopping, dining and hiking. Quiet and comfortable with full kitchen and covered porch. Would definitely stay again.

Desert Golf Getaway

Well equipped, spacious, home away from home. Boutique property. Had all we needed and more. Hot tub was nice renewal at end of day golfing. Super convenient to Troon North & Boulders.

I really enjoyed the authentic southwest decor. Spent 4 nights during my stay for a work conference. It was just me but would accommodate a larger group or family. Loved the peaceful setting and beautiful morning views. So much more relaxing than staying in a hotel.

Spring Getaway

The property was just as beautiful as the pictures. The loft offered great views from every window. It was perfect for a quick spring getaway being close to golf, hiking or simply lounging at the pool. We also appreciated how well the loft was stocked with basic necessities. We would absolutely stay here again!

Much Needed Getaway

My husband and I spent a wonderful week at the Loft Casita. The place was very well equipped from the kitchen to the bathrooms. We thoroughly enjoyed our time on the covered porch and sat by the pool on several occasions during the week. Highly recommend and hope to return for another relaxing week.

Wonderful and peaceful

We're local to the area but wanted a kid free getaway over the holidays. This was perfect. It was quiet, comfortable, and had beautiful views all around. We also brought our mountain bikes to ride at the nearby preserve. GREAT trails! I didn't want to leave.

Loved the generous size of the studio and the ample windows to let in light and desert views over the pool and from every room. Power blinds would be an incredible upgrade. Can’t wait to book again soon!

The entire trip was perfect! The property is gorgeous.... the loft is gorgeous.. We took advantage of the glorious pool and were so comfortable at the Villa, we grilled out twice and if you love horses, you won't want to ever leave this place! I am already checking dates to return in the Fall.

We would definitely return here Fabulous place for two persons Clean, convenient location and peaceful David and Pam were great. Mike as well Swimmers pool was heated. Hot tub was fabulous We’ll stocked kitchen 360 view of the sunrise and sunset!! Cabin like atmosphere. Not fancy but rustic, clean and comfortable loft unit.

Magical Moments in the Desert

My wife and I had a marvelous time staying in the Casita Loft at Parsons Villas. The loft was just right for the two of us and afforded wonderful views of the pool area and Scottsdale sunsets. Pool and hot tub were great fun as was getting to know the horses at the neighboring ranch. Conveniently located to trails, restaurants and other activities we throughly enjoyed our visit and highly recommend the property to others contemplating a visit to the north Scottsdale area.

Quiet Loft

We stayed in open floor plan loft that was very nice. Kitchen was well equipped, bathroom and laundry area was very nice with great large tub for bathing. Swimming pool and spa is shared with two other rentals in locked gated complex that includes main home with caretakers on site. Everyone in area was very quiet, it felt like we had place to ourselves. Location is near great golf courses, hiking and mountain biking. Had a wonderful time.

Spacious comfortable casita loft

Very comfortable and spacious loft with nice balcony and shared pool access. We stayed five days and liked the neighbourhood (horse country) for walks and easy access to some of the best hiking areas in Scottsdale. Close to nice restaurants in Cave Creek Carefree area. Nice to have such great tv and streaming options too. Thanks

Minnesotans in the desert

We were looking for somewhere warm to go that was warmer than southern Minnesota. The property looked intriguing and it was actually more interesting than described. We really appreciated all of the windows, the second floor location and tremendous amount space. We would clearly recommend this to anyone wanting to get away to rural Scottsdale.

Very clean

The place was very spacious and clean. The public amenities were very nice. However, there were many random big and small dolls, which were a little creepy. But besides that really we enjoyed our stay and it was very easy to get in and out of the villa.
