Overall great location and home for family
Pros of this home include the following:1. Pool and Hot tub2. Provided- baggies, coffee/sgr, plastic containers to pack food, ldry detg, body soap, shampoo/conditioner; had many seasonings; ketchup, mustard, trash bags, dish detergent; many towelsMany VRBOs I have stayed in, are very limited in what they provide resulting in you either having to pack these items or buy a box of something you only need a few for- so this was a MAJOR PLUS for me. 3. Great WATER pressure4. Bedding and beds were comfortable5. Grill had propane provided- also a plus.6. Many tv's if you have many children wanting to watch different thingsCONs:1. Poor lighting. Although there are windows, the house is very dimly lit and the sun never really comes through the windows- PLEASE HEAR ME: this is PERSONAL preference and likely most people would love that as the house stays cool - critical for the hot summer months. I just prefer a lot of light- (my family does not, so they would give this a 5 LOL).2. Pool Guy- The maintenance man for the pool apparently comes on Fridays. He knocked on the door to let us know the pool and hot tub took him an extra long time to clean out and there was a rock in one of the filters.We did not arrive until very early morning Wednesday and the pool was very dirty- this was not issue for us but he seemed to be blaming us which I did not like as I take very good care of VRBOs. Truly- overall great house!! Would stay again
