The house has plenty of room for everyone, including two game rooms for kids and adults, with a pool table, foosball, Packman arcade game, and more! If you need to work during your stay, some of the spacious bedrooms offer desks for your convenience.

House Rules and Notes:
• No parties or events of any kind allowed on property
• No more than 4 cars at the house at any time
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Renting person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.

We do have members of our team who may visit the property during your stay. They include landscaping and pool maintenance crews. These visits can not be rescheduled or delayed.
Our guests have full access to this home during their stay. We only ask that you refrain from removing or tampering with pool equipment to ensure no damage and the pool will remain clean during your stay. The home is keyless entry for a smooth check-in both afternoon and night!

If you encounter any issues during your stay, please reach out to us via your preferred messaging channel during our business hours from 7 am to 7 pm. 3. Daily Housekeeping - $175 for two hours. *Includes bathrooms, beds (sheet and towel change upon advance request), kitchen, and common living spaces. Please submit any special requests in advance.
4. Pet Cleaning and Deodorizing (dogs only) - $125 per pet for the duration of your stay.

Lastly, we use a platform called `Know Your Guest` via Truvi as part of our guest screening process. Your application must match the primary guest’s name on the reservation, and your identity check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation as per state and city law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. We appreciate your cooperation with this.
