The Absolute BEST VRBO

We've stayed at quite a few rentals... this one by far is the best!! They have everything you could ever want and then some- completely well stocked!Private, clean and beautiful! So many outside areas to sit and enjoy the weather. We will definitely be back, thanks for sharing your lovely home.

Great house in a quiet and convenient neighborhood

In town to visit our daughter and nephew, this house worked well. From being able to cook dinner for the family to catching local sites from Tempe to Scottsdale this house worked well. Clean, well stocked and accommodating, we couldn't have asked for more!

Lovely house in quiet convenient location.

The house and property were perfect for our family. The 18 month old loved playing on the putting green and we loved the open floor plan, the pool and location.

Pro's and Con's- Mostly Pro's!

This property is exactly as advertised and even more. The house is spacious and very well laid out. Lots of amenities in the kitchen- Keurig, Instant Pot, Crock Pot, tons of pots and pans, dishes, silverware, pool side plates and cups. Beds and sheets were very comfy. Towels were nice and thick and plentiful. The pool area was wonderful. It is partly shaded, which we had looked for in many houses since we were coming to AZ in June. The pool was clean and had a nice "shelf" area that our grandson could play on safely. That shelf area was always in the shade. Big bonus for us! Pool towels were available for use. Lots of seating outside and games for the family to play- putting green, corn hole, Giant Jenga, cards, board games, coloring books and crayons.. Pool toys are there for the guests use, too. Management company was quick to answer any questions we had. The only con is the temperature of the house at night. It is requested to not turn the AC below 75 because of issues with the AC unit overheating (to put it simply) To most, that is probably not an issue, but we got very warm at night. We used all the fans in the house, but it wasn't enough for us. I don't think that would keep us from renting again, but would have loved to have it a bit cooler. Overall, you get what you see and it's very nice! P.S. our favorite thing were the frozen cups left in the freezer! Great for a cold beer (or three) while out at the pool. We actually ordered some after using these! LOL!

This property is backs up to a lightly used golf course with a nice walking path. It is well located to trravel to the various Phoenix area attractions.

Great location near Scottsdale downtown, Tempe, Phoenix. I was visiting my son who is at ASU and he stayed with me. Amenities were good. Pool was amazing- heated and clean. Courtyard with putting green was a great added touch as I am a golfer. House was clean with everything I needed to cook.

Cozy and like home.

Loved the decor. Felt like a home. Great pool. Home sits adjacent to a golf course and we had access to it and the driving range. We are not avid golfers but loved the driving range. It was a highlight of our stay. Clothes washer was not the cleanest and had some draining issues. But over all I would stay here again.

Bachelor Trip

This is a beautiful property with easy access to everything we wanted to do while in Scottsdale for my Bachelor Party. The rooms were spacious enough that seven grown guys weren’t crammed at all, and the A/C is a nice reprieve from the Arizona heat.

Golf weekend

Had a great experience at the house. In town for a golf weekend with some friends. House and amenities were great, location easy to get to old town, TPC and ASU. Would highly recommend And rebook if we head back to Scottsdale.
