The Absolute BEST VRBO

We've stayed at quite a few rentals... this one by far is the best!! They have everything you could ever want and then some- completely well stocked!Private, clean and beautiful! So many outside areas to sit and enjoy the weather. We will definitely be back, thanks for sharing your lovely home.

Location, location, location

This property is backs up to a lightly used golf course with a nice walking path. It is well located to trravel to the various Phoenix area attractions.

Wonderful stay!

House and grounds were lovely. There was plenty of space for a larger group (we had just a very small one) and great amenities - in the kitchen, games/activities, etc. Pool area and putting green was nice, clean and well-kept. Decent location in a quiet neighborhood.

Great house in a quiet and convenient neighborhood

In town to visit our daughter and nephew, this house worked well. From being able to cook dinner for the family to catching local sites from Tempe to Scottsdale this house worked well. Clean, well stocked and accommodating, we couldn't have asked for more!

Bachelor Trip

This is a beautiful property with easy access to everything we wanted to do while in Scottsdale for my Bachelor Party. The rooms were spacious enough that seven grown guys weren’t crammed at all, and the A/C is a nice reprieve from the Arizona heat.

Golf weekend

Had a great experience at the house. In town for a golf weekend with some friends. House and amenities were great, location easy to get to old town, TPC and ASU. Would highly recommend And rebook if we head back to Scottsdale.

Great location near Scottsdale downtown, Tempe, Phoenix. I was visiting my son who is at ASU and he stayed with me. Amenities were good. Pool was amazing- heated and clean. Courtyard with putting green was a great added touch as I am a golfer. House was clean with everything I needed to cook.

Great space

The property had plenty of space for our family of four and was well taken care of. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space and pool. The only issue we had was the bikes working, but that was an extra anyway!

Cozy and like home.

Loved the decor. Felt like a home. Great pool. Home sits adjacent to a golf course and we had access to it and the driving range. We are not avid golfers but loved the driving range. It was a highlight of our stay. Clothes washer was not the cleanest and had some draining issues. But over all I would stay here again.

Just Like Home

Great ladies trip and this home made it even better. Great size pool, nice backyard for even wine and the kitchen came with every necessity. There were 5 of us and the bedrooms were more than enough. The property management company was super responsive to questions and ensured we were aware of what was required upon check in/out. We highly recommend this for your next family vacation, girls trip or golfing.

RELAXATION/ANNIVERSARY

This beautiful home is exactly as listed. From the first moment we entered the house we felt right at home. This house has everything you would need for a relaxing time. The kitchen is fully equipped with lots of dishes. It has top of the line appliances, which includes a washer and dryer. The bedrooms and bathrooms are up to date and are very fresh and clean. We enjoyed the pool everyday and appreciated the beach towels that were provided. The house is in a quiet neighborhood in Old Scottsdale which was fun for us to visit and explore. We would definitely book this house again.

AMAZING!! 10 Stars!

I give this property and its owners a glowing 5 stars, 10 starts if I could. The description and pictures don’t do it justice; it’s much more beautiful in person. It was CLEAN, new, the neighborhood was absolutely beautiful, exactly what we imagined an Arizona neighborhood to look like. The contact with the owners/managers was super swift which was awesome! The location of the home was very close to Old Town, the Botanical Gardens and pretty much everything! I can’t say enough good things about this property. Oh and some other things we LOVED about this home was the super deep pool ( here in Florida our pools are usually 6 feet at their deepest) an abundance of new white towels and cook ware. We’ve stayed in a plethora of vacation homes and they always lack towels (which are always colored, which we hate because they don’t feel clean) and cookware and this is one of the first that had everything in abundance!!!! I recommend this property to anyone and everyone, you will NOT regret it!

Old Time Scottsdale

Our stay was nice. This place has all you need. But if you want something that is more new, this is not for you. Kitchen and Baths are updated, so that is good, but the only useable shower is the hall shower as we could not get hot water in the Master Bathroom. The air conditioning unit is jarring when it turns on, so it interrupts sleep. I wish a cleaning crew would have gone over the outside areas before we got there, because the putting green area was filthy. An update on a couple of pieces of patio furniture and some love given to the potted plants would elevate this experience. The real gem was the pool—perfect temperature and completely private behind the high walls. Enjoyed that a lot. Also, some window coverings on the sliders could help with temperature control. Just the two of us were comfortable in the space and our son came over to watch football on the fabulous TV!😀 Dear VRBO—your fees and taxes are ridiculously high!! Takes away from the enjoyment of a stay.

Recently stayed at this property to attend our son’s graduation festivities at ASU and overall, it was a great experience. The house was complete with all the necessities, close proximity to stores and ASU, covered parking, professional hosts, everything was properly labeled and had plenty of space for our family. We were very pleased with how clean and well-maintained the house was, although we did notice some debris in the porch area from the bougainvillea in the back. Having trash bins in the porch and pool area would be helpful to dispose of the debris. One of the highlights of the property was the lemon tree in the backyard. It was a pleasant surprise and added a refreshing touch to our stay. We enjoyed picking fresh lemons. The pool at the property was nice, but we were a bit disappointed that it was cold during our stay in May. It would have been more enjoyable if the pool had been heated or if the temperature had been adjusted for the season. A couple of aspects that could be improved are the lighting at the dining table and availability of hot water in the vanity sinks in the master bathroom. The dining area was quite dim, which made it challenging when gathering for meals. Sufficient lighting at the dining table would greatly enhance the dining experience. On a positive note, having TVs in all the bedrooms was a great convenience, and the availability of board games and playing cards provided us with entertainment options during our downtime. Overall, we would highly recommend this property for its completeness of amenities and spaciousness. Just be aware that the pool temperature may vary depending on the time of year. We had a pleasant stay and would definitely consider staying again in the future.

Fabulous place to stay. Where do I start…the entire home is gorgeous. The pool and patios were so fun. Everything you need or want is provided. The bikes and golf clubs were a pleasant surprise. We came to the area for our son’s wedding. This was a wonderful place to relax. We will return again to enjoy more of Arizona and will be booking this property again.
