Golf with the Boys

Great property with super amenities! Pool, game room, incredible Theatre room and Casita! Super views from the living room and Back Deck!

Hiccups

The home is beautiful in a beautiful area. The pool is gorgeous and the detached movie theater is so fun. We did have issues with the AC on one side of the home not working, that included the kitchen and two bedrooms and the main living room. I’d check to make sure they fixed this before renting. The pool had a controller for heating but we couldn’t figure out how to make it work, that could just be our fault, but definitely check on this as well. The water in the basement came out in spurts so we didn’t shower down there. I understand this is a new listing and hopefully they will have taken care of these issues, but I’d want anyone thinking of renting to have the opportunity to ask them if these have been addressed prior to renting.
