Surprise Home in Grand 3 Bdrm, 2 Bath in 55+ community, near Spring Training

Come experience ‘Grand’ living within this resort style community in your home away from home! This beautifully decorated three bedroom, two bath, smoke free home with plantation shutters throughout. It has an extended cool decked patio with a built in BBQ grill. This home is located near the Cimarron recreation center.

Grand offers four championship golf courses (Cimarron, Desert Springs and Granite Falls North and South) that we’re designed by PGA Hall of Fame golfer Billy Casper and renowned golf courses architect Greg Nash. You will also enjoy pampering at the full service Cimarron Day Spa. The spa provides custom packages, massages, facials and body treatments.

Professional Baseball Spring training is nearby at the Peoria Sports Complex. Enjoy the Cactus League with teams such as the Seattle Mariners, San Diego Padres, Texas Randers and the Kansas City Royals.

There are indoor and outdoor pools, exercise facilities and an indoor walking track. You just purchase activity cards at the Welcome Center for reduced rates for golf and access to the activity centers and pools. You can play tennis or pickle ball at the courts or enjoy some Bocce ball with friends. So many choices and fun activities to keep you busy.

Please note that Sun City Grand is an age restricted community; one renter must be 45 years of age or older. No occupants under the age of 19. A minimum stay of 30 days is required.

Wonderful vacation home

We really enjoyed our stay! The neighborhood community was beautiful! The owners were very conscientious about supplying everything to make our stay comfortable & enjoyable. We loved it and would highly recommend staying here. The walking trails were one of my favorite things and of course, the beautiful weather! The outside patio was a great place to relax & the well supplied kitchen made cooking fun.
