KITCHEN: Fully renovated kitchen with gorgeous sleek cabinets. Plenty of extra storage. All the amenities needed to fully enjoy the time spent cooking and entertaining.

LAUNDRY ROOM: Featuring washer and dryer and ironing board with iron. Washer pods and dryer sheets provided.

ACCESSORIES: We have luxurious bedding throughout the house, extra pillows, WI-FI, hairdryers in bathroom and electronic key pad code door lock so everybody can come and go as needed without a key.

Home is professionally cleaned before every stay, comes with clean linens, towels, soaps and everything else you will need for a comfortable stay

Guest Access:
Guests have access to entire house including two car garage and tow car parking driveway. Extra large private back yard fully enclosed . Pool is situated right outside the patio.. This cozy house is perfect for entertaining. Free access to the BRAND NEW Full size pickleball court, Paddles and balls provided.

The Neighborhood:
Property is located in a Prime Location. Everything you would want to do in Scottsdale and Phoenix is within in a few miles! Neighborhood is family friendly and safe. Plenty of grocery stores, shopping and entertainment within reach.

Getting Around:
Scottsdale and Phoenix have no shortage of Ubers, LYFTS or Waymos.

Pets are welcome with a $100 added pet fee/ per pet - please notify us once reservation is secured so we may add the additional cost.

HOT TUB USE AVAILABLE BY FEE; $35 a night and charged for the full nights of your stay. 24 hour advance notice required from check in date.

POOL HEATING AVAILABLE BY FEE (October to April winter season) $100 a night (optional) (Charged for the full amount of nights as your reservation) . 24 hour advance notice required from check in date.

Surveillance or recording devises on property, Security camera on front of home facing entrance and street only

Interaction with Guests:
You will have the Host cell number so you can text/ call with any questions or co concerns during your stay. This will be provided 24hrs before your check in.
